“Just went yesterday after several years. The best got better. The soup was always soul restoring - no surprise - white bean, kale and tomato - but all their soups are spectacular. The nachos were the best I've ever had and wholesome and nutritious, which is very important to me. Pizza all wonderful - something for every taste. Three people ordered three different salads - portions too generous to finish - take them home! They'll last a day! It's the subtlety of flavor - the nuances - the little surprises, that set this place above. A real master chef at the helm here. Don't miss this when you go to the Berkshires.“
“I’m not from New York. I’ve never been there either. That being said I have eaten quite a bit of pizza in my life and I know what’s good. I had a white bacon chicken ranch pizza for lunch the other day. I wasn’t expecting anything more than to not be hungry any more honestly. I was absolutely shocked at how good this pizza is. If this is what authentic NY pizza tastes like then I see what New Yorkers are always raving about. The crust was crunchy. Overall this is one of the best pizzas I have ever had. If you’re eating pizza in Great Barrington and you’re not eating this pizza you’re blowing it.“
“Have been eating there for over 45 years. Always run into people you know.Kid-friendliness: Last time there was a kids birthday party. They were having so much fun, it made everyone happy.Wheelchair accessibility: My sister gets in and out. No problems. Someone waiting for pizza always gets the door for us. Customers and staff are great.“
“This is a super memorable place to go to if you're on a ski trip or just passing through. The interior is charming with Greek decor and the staff is great too. The pizza is more on the doughy side but still incredible. I highly recommend their salad and cuisine for anybody looking for a good meal!“
“We had just booked our wedding venue in the Great Barrington area, and knew that many of our friends and family members would be arriving the night before and staying in Great Barrington. We wanted to throw a welcome party for everyone to get people mingling and having fun in a very casual and fun atmosphere. Cove Bowling and the Backstage Grill seemed absolutely perfect! I reserved the bowling lanes in April, and I was in contact with Robin about the food menu since the summer. She is phenomenal!!!!! We spoke on the phone many times… she’s so enthusiastic and ready to help and she had so much to offer. She and her daughter even decorated the tables for us, and went out of their way to help our guests give us a very sweet memento :) There were SOO many food options, and she was so accommodating to my guests with food allergies. We ended up with around 80 guests, and we ordered a bunch of pizzas, chicken tenders, wings, and fruit platters... plenty of food. Our guests opened their own tabs at the bar and compared to Boston/NY drink prices, they were happily surprised at how low their bar tabs were! The prices overall were super reasonable and I'm so happy that we chose to host our welcome party here!Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating. Our friend w celiac had her own personal cauliflower crust pizza!“
