“It's so nice to go to a big warehouse that isn't overrun. The location is great, the selection is usually good -- no trying to guess what'll be in stock when you're shopping -- and the people working there are nice. (Also, the prices. Yay for the prices!)“
“In the middle of tiny Bernardston, this is a cute little bakery. They serve excellent drip coffee to go (no cappuccinos or the like). The bakery is first class - we sampled an almond croissant, blueberry scone, a small cupcake and a tiny cheesecake (all much too good). You can see the immaculate bakery at work from the counter through a large glass window. They sell some clothing and local produce like maple syrup as well. Worth a stop.“
“Great local market with delicious food. Was in town for a UMASS football game and called ahead to order assorted sandwiches for tailgating. Nikki was so attentive with the order, and even though she was going to be away the day I came to pick up the sandwiches, she made me feel confident that she was personally going to see to it that everything was perfect. And it was! The staff was super friendly when I arrived, everything was ready and prepared beautifully and conveniently - even got help out to my car with the trays. Very reasonably priced for the large assortment of sandwiches we chose - roast beef, turkey, chicken, veggie. Food quality and taste was excellent. Everyone loved them and some very grateful students took the few remaining leftovers we had back to their dorms after the game:) Gotta say the hometown flavor and service at Ciesluk's put me in a great mood - just what you hope to experience in a charming New England town on a fall weekend. Highly recommend!“
“Mo's fudge is amazing.I live in Ohio and had it shipped twice.The cranberry chutney is wonderful.All of the different kinds of fudge I've had are great.For the people that have left bad reviews,maybe they should think of positive things.Owning a small business in this rough world is not easy.Just getting employees to listen,let alone show up for work,is amazing in itself. “We've been a couple of times to Bittersweet Bakery, and our party of three or four have always been happy. Today we came maybe half an hour before they closed, and they were super nice about letting us know that they will be locking the door at closing time while we are there, but we were told that we shouldn't feel rushed. Our food has been excellent every time we've gone. Very fresh ingredients and really nice breakfast sandwiches. I vow to try one of the coffees if I get there earlier in the day ... It's a lovely place with some unusual food and coffees and ... quite frankly ... if we are nice to the behind-the-counter workers, they are always nice to us. Not gonna gripe about the prices (after all, I'm the one who decided to COME TO THIS PLACE) ... all I know is it's a nice place that's a little different from the other places I like for food/coffee in the area. I'm glad they're here, and I seem to have no problem getting along with the people who are working here -- they seem pretty nice to me.“
“Went for breakfast on a Sunday and the service was great! I had a perfectly poached egg, the corned beef hash was delicious and so was their bloody mary. They use really fresh, high quality ingredients and I cant wait to go back. The only thing is I wish they were open earlier since it's breakfast.“
