We had them cater my mom’s birthday, they left cooking instructions for both kitchens with heating times and worked with us very well and the food was fantastic! The mac and cheese is a must have as well as the chicken piccata and the salmon! What wasn’t devoured ended up being great as leftovers as well! I definitely recommend anyone in the Groton/Lunenburg/ Leominster area to give them a try for any event!
I used Coleman Catering for a work event and it was by far the best breakfast our staff has had since I started in my role three years ago. My boss and I have worked with many caterers and Coleman Catering exceeded our expectations - the food was delicious, the coffee was perfect, and their attention to detail and care were extraordinary. Coleman Catering surpassed my expectations! Josiah made ordering a breeze, and pickup at Salt & Light was quick and easy. The assorted breakfast breads and fluffy, fresh bagels were absolute hits with everyone. We'll definitely be returning customers! Highly recommend!
