“I have been 1 year and 5 months since I moved to live in Methuen and I have already visited many places but without a doubt this is my favorite place when it comes to eating ??? I love their medium rare cuts ??? if I could I would give them 10 stars“
“If you are looking for 5 star dining or looking to impress, you might want to go elsewhere. But, for decent food at relatively decent prices (nothing is cheap anymore), this is your place. I recent got delivery from here, delivered to Andover. It was still warm, and gave me two meals. Chicken connection. It is a fast casual place with decent food. I will definitely go back, when I can.Kid-friendliness: I don’t know if this is a place for kids. Looks like a renovated house. There are no “fun” things for kids. It is just decent food at a reasonable price. No gourmet stuff here, but it is still good.Wheelchair accessibility: I am not aware of handicap options at this location haven’t been there in months though. As a newly minted amputee (Aug 2nd), I don’t know that would visit this location. I’d go to the location in Plaistow on 125 because I know they have handicap options (it’s in a strip mall).“
“This place had good steak and cheese when I asked for a large one they replied that there's only one size. The steak quality was good. The portion size was very small for the price. Not sure if this was due to us coming in before close. They also did not offer roast beef 30 mins before close. They said roast beef was not available. Would like to see a size option for the subs so a large could be ordered over a tiny steak and cheese.“
“Have had BBQ all over the country, and unfortunately around the local area too. This place however, makes some really legit legit meats, with their St Louis dry rub style ribs being the shining star. Absolutely the best rack of ribs I've had in New England, meaty and smoky with a perfect pull off the bone. The chicken wings as well are surprisingly excellent, super crispy and offered with traditional southern flavorings. Love the moist cut of their briskets, just great S&P seasoning. For sides, the fried pickles and potato salad are awesome, but I personally really like the dirty rice the most, I just wish they gave you more.“
“WOW! Why haven't I been to this remarkable BBQ spot till last week??!!! This is a no frills place and I like it. It's literally right off the highway with ample parking. I came here on Friday and there was a little wait but it wasn't that long, maybe 15 min. They also do not take any reservations which is good because they want your whole party there before seating you. Now lets get down to the food.. McRib- Was sooo good! Kind of like the Mcdonalds one but way better and of course with real meat and super fresh. The pickles went very well with the pork. Pork belly & chicken tacos- These bad boys were the highlight for me. The pork belly was cooked so well and went well with the pork. I literally killed both of those tacos in less than 5 min lol. Chicken salad- Was huge... nothing to really write about its just chicken and salad lol. Trust me guys, give this place a try and you'll love it.“
“Underrated spot. The mac and cheese & chicken are really awesome and flavorful. But even better… the chicken rice soup. Seriously better than homemade. Prices not too bad considering the large portions.Gotta say I prefer this location rather than their other spot in Haverhill. Needles to say… I’ve never craved chicken soup until trying chicken connection soup. So good.“
“This place is an unexpected gem! The steak tips were excellent quality and perfectly seasoned. The meatballs lived up to the positive reviews, and the pizza was memorable and awesome. I'm an Italian-American 100%....usually very critical of Italian food....Osteria Peppino gets 2 thumbs WAY up from this local Italian girl! This place is a throw back to old school, traditional, home cooked, FRESH food.“
“Not only was the service AMAZING but the food was SO DELICIOUS! I ended up getting the Supreme all you can eat and a few of their signature cocktails. Everything was perfect and went really well together ( I highly recommend the ESPRESSO CHATA MARTINI & the COCONUT COSMO????) . The staff was also very attentive and consistent with orders and overall service. Jason (the owner) and Pema (my server) truly went above and beyond for my table. Moving on to the decor, I was SHOCKED! It has probably one of the nicest interior designs for a K-BBQ restaurant i’ve ever seen. All of the fixtures were super modern and the lighting inside was super cool. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to families, couples, and literally anyone looking for a really good k-BBQ spot in MA.Parking: Lots of space to park in parking lotKid-friendliness: I brought my younger sister here and the servers went above and beyond to make her happy!“
“Went Last night on a whim. Very Busy place. Lot's of take out's. I have been hearing great things about this place for a while now and gave it a shot. I am so very glad I did. Chicken was juicy and fried to perfection. You can tell alot about a place when you can't taste burned oil in the fried foods. I assume they change the oil frequently. I loved the Mac and Cheese. It was NOT the watery orange cheese sauce, It was white cheddar thick and creamy and was delish. Although I like whipped mashed potatoes, Their Mashed were seasoned properly, thick and hearty and gravy matched perfectly. I am excited to try the other items on the menu.“
“Went for bushbuck today. It’s an unassuming small entrance right on Washington street haverhill but goes back so ample sized. Cozy bar up front and high and low tables out back. Mostly all painted black w some nice patio type lights hanging from ceiling. Lively music made it fun.Greeted by nice hostess and seated right away. Our waiter Samuel was very friendly professional and perfectly attentive. Got a couple bloody Mary’s and was appreciative that Samuel asked if we wanted spicy or not (we both don’t like extra spicy). I got the chicken waffles and loved it. Waffle was w cornmeal so lots of texture and kind of crumbly. Chicken was a large pounded piece of breast w some cornmeal on the batter as well.It came with REAL maple syrup, warmed in a little glass jar as well as a little crock of special butter. Ate every hot. Hubby got eggs w brisket hash and loved it. On the way out the owner was near the bar and thanked us for coming which was very nice. Highly recommend. We will be back.Parking: Sundays free street parking. Weekdays pay machines.“
