Second time through in a month. First time we received burnt(charcoal black)burritos. Second time I went through and asked for a second to look at the menu and the guy responds with “wow” and turns off the speaker. Second person comes on to rush my order and cuts me off before I can finish asking for something. Guy had me pull up and wait for my order to o bring it out to me but continues to serve two people behind me making them wait for me to get my order before they can leave because there’s no room to go around. I finally leave and because I was rushed they never heard what I asked them for so I ended up going without food for myself.

The employees are extremely disrespectful and rude they took advantage of 3 younger girls for their money and continued to refuse to give it back even though it was on a bank statement and a receipt. One of the employees was walking out with food for someone in the drive through and you couldve seen him reaching into the bag to grab some of the food then handed it to her

I have been in and out of their and have gotten great fast service and good quality food and also great customer
took like 20-30 minutes to get our food and they made us park in the cleaners lot instead of waiting in the drive thru like you normally would. they also put pickles on my boyfriend’s sandwich when he asked for no pickles (he is allergic to them). it didn’t look very busy inside (we saw someone dancing inside while we waited) and there were not a lot of people in the drive thru or the lobby waiting for food before us. very disappointing experience to say the least!

Best KFC service I've ever had. The manager Will and his staff were outstanding and held the upmost professionalism!
Ordered drive through, specified an extra gravy. WAS charged for it, but got a single half-serving. Seriously? This is just ridiculous to serve, even if I only ordered one this would be shortchanging.

Ordered a crunch wrap with beef it’s horrible , never again barely any lettuce, tomatoe or beef tasted like a breaded crunch wrap sandwich, never again, what a rip off….
