I bought my husband dinner from this location, horrible service. They turned off the fryer 45 minutes before they close so they refuse to make me fresh hot fries offered me some for my inconvenience. I asked for two apple pies. They wanted to give me an exchange for my fries instead of making me the fries that I asked for gave me my drink, I came back the next day to get a refund spoke with a manager. No apologies no sorry for the inconvenience he seemed like he had an attitude became. , I came back the next day to get a refund spoke with a manager. That is through automated selections not communication and does not appropriately refund. costumer service was conveniently unavailable but will “return in 24-48 hours.” The stars are for the food; it’s very good. Popeyes does NOT demonstrate honest business practice.

I placed a take out order recently and had to remind the team to prepare it for me after waiting more than a few minutes. The counter staff could not clearly answer basic product questions. And the chicken tenders I ordered were under-battered for Popeyes and were not cooked long enough to caramelize the coating. Go to the Chicopee or Hadley locations if you want good food and service. I wish it weren't so because this location is closest for me...
