If the online order is filled wrongly, the app is your only option to get $1.50 in points or credit or at most HALF the value of the item paid for but not served. That is through automated selections not communication and does not appropriately refund. costumer service was conveniently unavailable but will “return in 24-48 hours.” The stars are for the food; it’s very good. Popeyes does NOT demonstrate honest business practice.
