My wife and I love good Cajun food. Our meals at Springdale Lunch in Holyoke were delicious. Just the right amount of Cajun heat in my Chicken Gumbo. And the Chicken with Crawfish Étouffée, and my wife's Blackened Tuna were perfectly prepared, as was the tasty cornbread that came with our meals. The place is small, but comfortable. The prices are fair. And the owner/chef is awesome. Our lunch was a real treat. We will be back.

So I have to say WOW! I been living near the area for 5 years and am an implant From down south and it’s hard to find a good restaurant with flavor!! I must tell you this has become my favorite restaurant in New England. The food is spot on and reminds me of home. (By the way if you like spice make sure you ask the chef to make it spicy ) it’s amazing! Looking forward to try the whole menu ?
Top tier Cajun food in Holyoke. My fav atmosphere of any restaurant in wmass. Spin cake lunch/dinner or Spin Cake poboy are completely legendary. Things like the pulled pork lunch are economical and delicious w/ cornbread, veggies, rice w gravy. Should have made a review a few years ago but it’s not too late. Ari is awesome, I miss Barbara but Ari is totally holding it down

Oh my goodness... This place is awesome! It is an actual hidden gem of a restaurant. The staff here were very friendly and awesome people. This place is small with 4 tables but isn't crowded. The prices are very reasonable and appropriate. Parking is convenient and easily accessible. I was amazed by everything here. I am looking forward to going back again soon!

Had probably the best fried shrimp po boy of my life. Also recommend the blackened fish po boy, homemade lemonade, and the spicy cole slaw. Great service, perfect lunch spot. If you’re in Holyoke 100% do not miss this place.
Delicious Cajun food. Owners are great! Friendly little place!! Small but has a few tables for dine in and looks to have a good amount of take out orders! Will be back for lunch!!
