I've seen some other complaints here about the desserts, but the assortment of little lime, maracujá, and egg custard tarts we bought were equal to the best work of any American competitor--all perfectly yummy, high reviews from kids and adults alike. We'll be back to try the papo secos.“

“I don't come here that often but when I do it's typically for household items, cleaners, craft items or even Garden supplies. Sometimes I will venture and buy grocery items depending on what I forgot to buy during my food shopping. Anyway, they're currently going through some sort of re-modeling inside of the store for a better shopping experience.(per their signage) Well, I could not find the things I was looking for because everything was moved to other areas. So instead of taking me just 5-10 minutes in and out it took me 15-20 minutes. Walking around aimlessly of course couldn't find anyone to ask and then when I was going to I found the items I needed. I did self check out which I'm getting to be pretty good at and I was out on my merry way. The place is always crowded mind you I went on a Thursday afternoon. But overall good place to come to get those last minutes things forgotten, but give yourself extra time until they get through this remodeling time.“
“I ordered a Boston Cream pie from Stella's based on yelp reviews . It was big and beautiful and tasted amazing. I kept on changing my mind on what I wanted for decorations and finally let her choose what's best and the cake was amazing! I love to bake but this was just so much better than what I could do. Prices were extremely reasonable compared to prices at supermarkets for cakes and this was just so much better!“

The theme was cookie monster and they had a cute one on their website so I ordered it for pick up. Very nice atmosphere inside, pleasant service, and the cake was even better looking in person.
