“I have tried many of and love all their freshly-baked bread products. Breads (sourdough, whole wheat, challah and others), baguettes, and bagels. And they sell related products like maple syrup, etc.IMO one secret advantage they have is that they are a sourdough bakery. A co-owner told me during my last visit that not just their sourdough bread, but also their whole wheat, cinnamon swirl, and others are sourdough (no sourdough baguettes yet).FYI, sourdough bread acts as a prebiotic, which means that the fiber in the bread helps feed the “good” bacteria in your intestines. These bacteria are important for maintaining a stable, healthy digestive system. Sourdough is also lower in gluten than other forms of bread.“
“We used Prince Street Cafe for an office retirement party and everything was so wonderful. Dana helped us create the menu, had lots of great suggestions and her knowledge was so helpful. The food was absolutely delicious and the team seamlessly worked the event keeping the food moving and making sure it all looked appetizing and keeping it all fresh. I got lots of comments about the food and staff during the event, all positive. Highly recommend!“
“First off all this place is a hidden gem almost always, although i'd only consider this place as a take out open, not really a sitdown. The staff is always friendly! Other than the creepy old woman who tried to touch child over and over... the food was good. butternut squash soup, and beef stew were delicious, our grilled cheese was ok... not really toasted, and the cheese wasnt melted but no big deal my kids loved it nonetheless! TY“
“I got the green tea cheese cake slice and a cannoli. The cannoli was delicious. The packaging is beautiful. It would be very impressive to bring something from here as a gift.I was however disappointed with the cheesecake. I love cheesecake, this just wasn’t my favorite.“
“Been going here since childhood. The single best pastry I've had...the whipped cream/custard eclair! Great whipped cream, the eclair shell is perfect. Their strawberry whipped cream bday cake is light and fantastic. Yup sometimes the older ladies behind the counter are not full of sunshine...they are no-nonsense....who cares....I'm not going there for riveting conversation...want to get home to eat the eclair!“

“Best coffee shop in spring Hill, and gives everything in Davis a run for their money easy. Always a line out the door on weekends and deservedly, but they move fast. Great pepper biscuits, great yogurt. BLT is weirdly bad but the turkey sandwich is great.“

I bought some croissants and a Demi baguette - it was foolish of me to think I'd wait till I was home to eat the baguette! Worth the visit and can't wait till I'm back! “This is a hidden gem! We came in here after a bike ride for coffee and an egg sandwich. The egg sandwich was on a homemade biscuit and one of the best egg sandwiches I've ever had. The baked goods were unbelievable. The owner, Ramona, is so sweet. We will definitely be back! 10/10 recommend you check this place out!“
