As an Asian, I have a deep understanding of Asian cuisine. After Christmas, while working in Stow, I stumbled upon this restaurant and I highly recommend this Chinese eatery. The prices are fair, portions are generous, and the flavors are spot on! The shop might be small, but it's truly a great value for the money!

This spot is a culinary gem, offering an array of dishes with outstanding flavors. Personally, I'm hooked on their Hunan chicken and the pepper steak with onions. What sets them apart is the fantastic value provided by their weekly lunch specials – a diverse selection that doesn't break the bank. The affordability doesn't compromise on the quality; each dish is crafted with skill and premium ingredients. I appreciate that, in addition to being delicious, their meals strike a perfect balance between healthiness and heartiness. It’s definitely a top-notch spot for anyone seeking great taste, variety, and excellent value!

Food is tasty but the general gao's chicken I got was tough to chew and stringy. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. I'll try one more time but if it happens again I won't return.

Ordered sesame beef and orange beef, they are good but basically has no difference. Moo shu is bad tho, bland taste, leftover looking like, and ingredients quality are very low.

My first experience with Chinese food was the three cans of Chun King taped together, noodles in the top can. I was eight and heating the contents up while my mom was at work. My next experience was the Olde Brown Jug at the corner of Blue Hill Avenue and Morton Street in Bostons Mattapan neighborhood. There was a divvy bar in front and a Chinese restaurant in the back. It was a quality quantum leap forward. As the years passed, I found Chinese food nirvana at Kowloon on Route One and China Blossom in North Andover. We recently tried a local restaurant, China Garden in Hudson. I should have known better. My first clue, on a typically busy take out night, was no cars in their strip mall parking lot. We had pre-ordered crab Rangoon, scallion pancakes, chicken teriyaki, spring rolls and vegetable lo mein. We specified the day and hour for pickup. When we showed up, I knew something was wrong. The bag didn't feel hot. When we got it home for an anticipated great supper, it was "wronger." We had to reheat everything. The crab Rangoon was terrific. There were egg rolls and not spring rolls. The scallion pancakes were tasteless. Some heavy noodle dish instead of lo mein. And the chicken teriyaki was MIA. With me, you don't get a second chance to make a first impression when it comes to food. If you've had a good experience with China Garden, go back and enjoy their service. For us, probably not. Sorry.
Delicious food and very kind and friendly staff. Loving it all

One of the tofu dishes was fried and edible, but the other tofu dish was just raw tofu in sauce. The egg foo young was inedible. The place was also very dirty looking inside.

Still best Chinese in Hudson. Shrimp dishes have 1/2 dozen large shrimp and combo plates have lots of bbq pork and excellent fried rice.
