I went to get some lunch today. The staff was very friendly. I asked for some big mac sauce on the side and they didn't have the cups of sauce like they usually do. So instead, they gave me some sauce in a side container to enjoy. It's that kind of effort that shouldn't go unnoticed. All the food was fresh and hot. I go hear all the time and it is the most consistent location in MA
Wanted to try to breakfast bagel sandwich with "steak", egg, and cheese. Wow, What a disappointment. A small piece of "steak" with 3 tiny strings of onions, sandwich by a decent bagel looking bread. Looks like a bagel but taste nothing like one. The steak is like minced meat patty. Won't buy this again.

Terrible service. Walked in to place order. No one works the front registers. They expect everyone to use the kiosks where there was a line of customers. They ignore you standing at the register. I had a question about drink cup sizes and tried several times to get someone's attention. They just look at you and ignore you. They expect everyone to go through the drive thru.
