I have managed a McDonald's before, and I was disappointed with this location. Not organized, not clean, and drive thru was stalled. Come on Management! Do better and pay more to those who are actually willing to work there! Without them, you would be out of business.

Food is good but still over salty and I am a salt user. Service is always excellent and it's a busy location. Value is still good,but prices are slowly rising. But what isn't.
Terrible service. Walked in to place order. No one works the front registers. They expect everyone to use the kiosks where there was a line of customers. They ignore you standing at the register. I had a question about drink cup sizes and tried several times to get someone's attention. They just look at you and ignore you. They expect everyone to go through the drive thru.

GET YA SAUCE RIGHT!!! When you're amped up for a McDonald's meal, every detail matters, especially the sauce. It feels like a betrayal, a culinary misstep that taints your whole fast-food experience. You've been looking forward to this moment, but the wrong sauce just rips the joy away. It's not just a sauce, it's the vital finishing touch - the wrong one can make your meal seem entirely irrelevant, and that’s what happened to me!!! The ranch makes me shake my bum like there’s no tommorow…. Needless to say there was no bum shaking tonight.

I didn't eat their food. I buy their fresh-brewed ice tea with 2 lemon weges. Small, Medium and Large are same price. I use the drive-thru.

Survives solely on volume not satisfaction. Almost every time we drive thru the order is wrong. Always have to pull up to the waiting window and watch up to 10 cars get fed before us. Stop accepting this as the norm for faster food.

I ordered a meal delivery my daughters and ordered 2 mcflurries so they could each have one. McDonald's in Hudson only packed one Mcflurry and refused to fix the issue, being rude and disrespectful the whole time. Don't order here. I would rate it zero stars if possible.
