Service in regard to how quickly the food is prepared is a little slow at times when they are very busy, but that it to be expected, and the food quality and how quickly they seat you and their attentiveness more than makes up for it. “Quality was great at this location and our server Jamie gave us amazing service. The spicy hot chicken was perfectly crispy with a satisfying kick of heat. A nice surprise was the honey garlic chicken that the owner Gift recommended, it had an excellent texture and great flavor. The rice cakes were some of the best we've had, especially with the melted cheese, and the fish cakes were a great addition that completed the dish. We'll definitely be back!”

“Cake order review only: easy to inquire about a cake online. Easy payment once we discussed the vision of the cake. And easy pickup. BEAUTIFUL CAKE. The cake was $90 for a heart shaped 2 layer cake with vintage piping, vegan vanilla with vegan vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam filling. I didn’t get the filling but was refunded immediately and the person handling the situation was so nice. I had asked why the darker icing tasted to chemically and they informed that the more they use the dye the more it tastes like it. So I would just skip that completely. Get the lighter frostings. Because like I said these are beautiful cakes and the cake itself is a good texture and flavor as a vegan cake.”

“We just have coffee and some other drinks. Their coffee was decent and my friends said their drinks also. Service was also decent. I found the prices high for what they offer. But the space is really comfortable. Also in my opinion we received an unnecessary hit of high attitude and a little bit of extra ignorance. But in general look like worth to try if you are ok with those things. I’m not but probably my issue…”

“I’ve been to Nero Cafe a few times now and it’s always a great experience. The atmosphere has a really nice European café feel—clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing with a coffee.
The staff is always friendly, and Sidney especially stands out. He’s welcoming, attentive, and consistently makes sure everything is just right. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers.
Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area—great coffee and even better service.”

It came w/ chicken teriyaki, chicken dumplings, vegetables, California roll definitely worth the 13.50$ I spent ! I recommend this place to you! The portion is definitely fair and they don’t rip you off .”

“Pizza was delicious. If you are looking for New York style pizza, you'll find it here. Mostly take out but we ate at a small counter (4 chairs with a counter that faces the street). It was rustic but clean so no complaints especially since pizza was so good.”
