“I always think it is important to leave a review when people step up after a mishap. I had ordered takeout about a month ago and received the wrong order. Because of my food allergies I couldn't just eat what I was given and I couldn't bring it back because I was at work. So I had to throw what I had paid for away. When I called they said next time you order we will take good care of you. That day was today. They gave me my order for free, the food was absolutely amazing...they were caring and apologetic and they really came through on the make good! I appreciate the staff and everyone. Thank you for being such an upstanding place!“

“Cims is like my Cheers. Yes, when I go there a lot of people do know my name. But I can go by myself and strike up a conversation with anyone from anywhere and have fun. It is really nice to get to know people from the area, as well as out of town who have never experienced the Berkshires. I highly recommend all of their food, but some of my favorites are the Brandy wings bone in or boneless, I think they call them Cims Wings. The lobster roll is delicious as are the fried scallops and the Fried chicken basket. It is usually on the special board. It is a very sweet better and totally delicious. I have never in 15 years been disappointed with any food I get from there. They also have a great beverage selection as well as many TVs to watch a variety of sporting events including the weather channel“

“THE BEST eggplant parm grinder of my life!!!! No joke, I will be craving this for the rest of my life. Super fresh homemade bread, perfect fried eggplant, the perfect amount of sauce and cheese! I also got their fries, so heavenly! Their Greek salad was packed with toppings, so freaking delicious!!! And the garlic knots… omg. Came with both marina sauce and garlic oil for dipping, I am still drooling thinking about their food. Can’t wait to order again!!!“

“I read great reviews for pizza house food. I wanted an eggplant parm grinder. I called to order it(with extra sauce). I was given the number 14. I headed in that direction fully expecting to eat it there. When i got there i found all of the tables and chairs piled up! I paid for it and left. I was quite disappointed not to be able to eat it there. I sat in my newly detailed car to eat the grinder. It was absolutely delicious( but messy to eat in the car). The food is 5 star, not being able to eat it there was not a 5 star. Why not have it self-service but allow patrons to eat at one of the tables?????“

“Growing up with a Yia Yia who makes pastitsio, I tend to be very picky when other people serve this dish. Electras is the only place that makes it as close to my Yia Yias that I’ve ever had. I travel to western mass for work from Rhode Island and everytime I’m in the area, I always stop and order pastitsio from here!“

“When we entered, there was about a 10 minute wait. We were seated as soon as possible. The owner was very visible throughout the restaurant and made sure that everybody knew that it wouldn’t be long. He was very involved in making sure everyone was taken care of. When we were seated, Jenny was our server and she got our drink order and returned promptly with them. Jimmy had a captain and coke and he said it was good. I stick with my usual— Diet Coke on the rocks— lol — Jenny brought our bread out and took our order. We got the scallops as an appetizer and we each ordered the same thing, it was the Highland Trio which consisted of a generous piece of chicken Parm, with an amazing/perfect amount of sauce, a humongous sausage link and an equally huge meatball — which anyone could tell was homemade (even my mom would have raved about it and she was picky). It came with a very generous portion of pasta and sauce as well as a salad. Everything was delicious. I ended up having leftovers (Not sure how anyone could possibly finish all of the food we got) but Jenny helped me pack up. We are not big dessert and coffee people but the desserts did look delicious in the dessert case. Perfect timing on everything. The Highland is truly a hidden gem in the city of Pittsfield and I would highly recommend it to anyone that lives here or is visiting. You will not be disappointed.“

“Spur of the moment choice- boy were we pleasantly rewarded! The service is excellent from the moment you walk in, the menu has a lot of options that all sound so good, and peak lunch time on Valentine’s Day our food came out quickly but we did not at all feel rushed. My pecan crusted Caesar salad was amazing and Mike’s salmon BLT was excellent he said. What a great discovery! Decent prices too. AND next door to Chocolate Springs!! We didn’t even move the car to go there after lunch. Fantastic!“

“We always enjoy dining at Jaes but now they have a new policy and allow only 1 check per table. While I can certainly understand not wanting to have 10 checks at one table, we were just a 4 top. It's just awkward for the customer whereas not so for the server“

“My fiance and I have bought pizza and other items from another pizza restaurant for a number of years. Lately the other restaurant has had bad bad service, and other issues. We decided to give Liberty Pizza a try and we found the prices were lower, the food was better, the staff taking our order for delivery was much more polite. We will be ordering from here every timer we order out. I highly recommend Liberty Pizza“
