Nothing wrong with the service or atmosphere. However, the portion sizes were incredibly small for the price. Definitely not coming

Surprised we haven't been coming for years. It is so good that we are now almost once a week visitors. Appetizers are uniformly delicious. The sushi is well prepared and delicious. Noodles get good reviews by my family. Service is attractive but discrete. We recommend this place without reservations.

Ordered takeout last Friday, so granted a busy night. But the pan fried gyoza was burnt beyond recognition and was absolutely inedible. The sushi was fine, but wouldn't trust this kitchen again.

Food was very good, but it was too pricey for what we got. Atmosphere was nice, service was fine, and food was very tasty. The menu is good, comprehensive. Best item we got was the blistered edamame. So good we found a recipe so we can make it at home. The other food, the udon soup, the shrimp dish, the sushi, it was all fine. Nothing really wrong with anything but for the prices it should have been fabulous and it just wasn't. The portions were really small. You can see in the pictures.

Daikanyama platter for 2 as a starter with a group to share. Everything else.

Highly variable -- a good meal one day, a bad one another day. We have eaten there perhaps five times over the past year, because it is convenient. On some previous occasions, we have had good sushi and so-so sushi, and some cooked appetizers that were fine. A respectable suburban approximation of Japanese food. But my most recent meal was close to terrible: nigiri with ok though not outstanding tasty fish on top of the driest rice imaginable, including a disgraceful piece of cold, dry and tasteless eel nigiri. All this at prices that are far from cheap. If the food were more reliable, this could be a nice local restaurant, but it is so inconsistent. The decor is very pleasant and the service has always been friendly and efficient, no complaints there. But there is a very weird menu structure: a regular printed menu supplemented by a small ipad-like tablet that shows more than 50 "specials" with photos (some in portrait mode, some in landscape), with no prices listed for any of them. No idea why they do that, very odd.

We came on a Thursday night and made a reservation ahead of time for 8 people and they sat us in a little secluded area which was nice for ambiance and noise level. The lady was super nice and pretty quick with service compared to how busy it was. She gave us plenty of time to order drinks, look at the menu and converse before rushing us to order. Our food came out timely. We ordered a bunch of the specialty rolls and my favorite were the sunset and daikanyama rolls. We stayed till closing and they didn't really rush us out of the restaurant which I thought was pretty nice of them. Overall, a great experience with a great server.

I used to love this place for the food quality. Well not anymore. All the dishes look good in the pictures but came with lot off fillers. It’s a shame. I am very disappointed because this restaurant is in my town and I can’t no longer stop by for sushi

Food & Service is excellent. Atmosphere is okay. But value is lacking; a $28 Chirasi had merely 5 small pieces of sashimi, a couple crab/cucumber pieces and some salmon roe. Frankly, I felt like I paid a lot for a fancy bowl of rice.

I was served with broken glass for the water and surprisingly, restaurant server did not notice until I pointed out to him. The lip was cracked and could cause severe injury to customers, I would never expect restaurant in such a high end town could experience such an incident...I wish them well and hope they can be more careful about this in the future.

First, I stopped in and asked to see a menu. The man behind the counter pointed me to the QR code for the online menu. There were so many choices but no descriptions. When I commented that I didn't know what any of it was, he ignored me. I contemplated sitting down or going elsewhere because I couldn't read the menu. I decided to take a chance based on online reviews. Once seated, I was provided a paper menu with descriptions of each entree, which was very helpful. The server was in a rush and taking care of all the customers. I had some questions, and she was quick, and I got the impression she didn't want to be bothered. My meal arrived, and theSushi maki was very delicious and fresh. Other than their AC was not working and it was very warm inside, I would definitely stop in again on a cooler day.

Very nice atmosphere with excellent service and good Asian food. Plenty of town parking close by. Highly recommended for a different, excellent restaurant experience.
