“I’ve been going to Opa for years and when they closed down, it was very sad. However, a new Greek family just reopened the restaurant and their meals are even better than the original Opa! I got the chicken souvlaki pita and my coworkers got the chicken gyro and veggie pita. Their food is very fresh, the flavors are much better and the family couldn’t be nicer. They even gave me samples of their mustard sauce (very tangy) as well as their delicious spicy feta. They have a new fan and I will be ordering with them again.“

“As there are not nany great Greek restaurants in the area, this place has the best Greek food hands down. Good portions. Fair prices. Place is small with only a handful of tables. But comfortable enough. Lamb Shish Kebabs plate is delicious. Two nice size grilled skewers of lamb with tomatoes, onions and green peppers, served with Greek roasted potatoes, Greek salad and pita. Delicious!“

It’s grilled chicken, with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, banana peppers and light mayo on a toasted sub roll and it is one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten. “Saloniki Greek is honestly an underrated chain in the Boston area. Came on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch, and there was a number of other people around. The space is large and bright, with a variety of seating options for groups of different sizes or individuals just looking for a quick meal.We ordered at the kiosk, grabbed a number, and the employees were quick to bring out our food when it was ready. I got the Peach Lemonade, Braised Pork Pita, and the two of us split the Greek Doughnuts in Caramel & Pistachio for dessert. The texture of the pita was perfect, and the meat and other fillings blended together nicely. The doughnuts came out fresh, and I really enjoyed the crispy outer texture plus the chewiness of the inside.Saloniki hasn't always been my first choice among all the food options in the neighborhood, but after giving it another try, I would definitely come back!“

Love the option to mix and match a variety of their dips, spreads, and meze: they have so many options that are bound to satisfy, including tasty grape leaves. And their meals offer a choice of sides as well: the lamb shank and green beans are both good bets. We were given mashed potatoes instead of the roasted potatoes we ordered though, and the Lima beans were actually gigante beans, so you might need to be flexible with your choices and confirm directly if you have dietary restrictions.“
