My sista and I came through the drive thru in the morning there was nobody in line at all or nothing but they were in such a rush trying to get us out the drive thru that when my sista got her chai latte we thought they put caramel inside even though we didn’t ask but instead we got it on the SIDE?. I know the worker was aware too so that’s just very disgusting. Do better

DO NOT GO HERE ESPECIALLY DURING BUSY TIMESThe recent pile-on of 1-star reviews is completely deserved. I go to a lot of Dunkin’s—I’m boosted on the app so I go a lot. And I have given this Dutton St location many, many second chances. [And still do, if it’s the right time of day.]This is without a doubt the single worst Dunkin location as it pertains to service that I have ever been to—certainly the worst in the Lowell area. Unreliable is an understatement. Without hyperbole, at least 1 out of every 2 of my mobile walk-in orders historically have come out either incorrect or simply fell through the cracks altogether and got forgotten about.Their system for separating out division of labor between drive-thru and walk-in orders is appalling. Walk-in orders are basically treated as an afterthought. In fairness, it’s probably also the busiest drive-thru location in Lowell, so I can understand that demand volume is higher for drive-thru compared to walk-in and so workflow priorities naturally tend to bias toward drive-thru. But the dereliction of service toward walk-in orders is completely out of control at this location. And the drive-thru is no better because even if you order ahead, you have to merge in with the normies and sit there for 15 minutes.Go literally anywhere else.

Today about 1 o’clock I went to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Dutton Street and I ordered a small butter pecan iced coffee with four butter pecan swirl four cream and when I went up to the window, my fiancé asked if she can get two orders of the everything bagel minis so then when I went to the window, I asked, could you please add a two orders of the everything bagel minis They said that they can’t because it’s going to mess up their timing so they refuse my order because it was going to mess up their timing. After a minute of waiting, they told me that they can make them for me so when I got them home two minutes later, they are cold like they rushed to get them out the window and I believe they are old. If I could give them a negative 5 star review I would as a person that works in retail no matter what customers are always right, especially if they’re trying to order food from my establishment . Update 01-01-2024Same thing happened to me today the woman, the blonde with the greasy ponytail was very rude to me. My sandwich looks like it was sat on. She needs to get fired now because she is not management material. And by the way, I am reaching out to corporate today it is 1:13 PMThank you !Matthew Hebert

Okay great location but too many panhandlers, the outdoor drive thru pickup is trashed it’s horrible and ugly needs a cleanup a hell of a power wash, the electronic systems outside are pretty bent out of shape the place needs some personal and mechanical attention. Its trashy looks awful, the staff handle service great thankfully I appreciate it. The indoor environment is fairly nice, I was provided quick service. But yah this place needs your attention CEOs. Oh and get new updated machines for your staff man 3 weeks without any hot chocolate and my espresso sad life foos.

1 star is too generous.Suppose to be open 24/7.Just walked in got ignored by every single employee was not greeted the place is a mess 4 homeless people sitting outside shooting up.There's packs of ciggerrettes lying around on the counter 3 differrent kinds.. just never coming back.The woman in the pony tail was rude and the greasy kid with the beard just looked at me and the wall at the same time and walked away.

I've been to this site over 200 times. Since I never eat bagels, they've only been purchased for colleagues (mostly female) teachers. I can't remember an exact number but, I've returned over 10 but fewer than a 100 times to the plaintive cries of, "Where's my cream cheese?" Last week, one colleague made the same complaint before I left for my own purchases. I bought a coffee for another colleague so never questioned the price. When I returned to school, I saw that I had been charged $1.10 plus tax for the tiny container. I went today in an attempt to retrieve a phone # or email to register a complaint. One lady began to give Chris' phone # (GM, owner?) but was stopped by another woman. They've both seen my face over a hundred times but, I'm typically there around 8:15 a.m. so it's understandable they might not have noticed except I'm wearing a suit coat every time. I WILL NEVER DARKEN THEIR DOOR AGAIN. That's my final review. Break a leg.
