“This place has awesome sushi! Annaisewas such a sweet young lady who took our order. We had such a nice interaction with her. She needs a raise! We waited a long time for our order but the ppl ordering were so nice to speak with. One gentleman was from Dedham and that's not far from where we live. He missed how New Englanders say "South Shore". The food was worth the wait. Thanks to our brother for suggesting this wonderful place. I'm stuffed.“

“Priority, let people know that to get to Nosh you need to go around the back of the building while there is construction going on at the MassMutual Center! There is a back alley way off Harrison Avenue. I felt like I was inside of an oak tree when I walked into Nosh. A big welcoming table takes up most of the space, making it a bit tight when waiting during a lunch rush, but there was comfortable room to sit or stand still. Also some good tables outside with live music. I had the tuna salad and rally enjoyed the quality of the bread. The three bean salad was also yummy!! I would recommend the iced London fog, I've only ever had those hot and now I like the cold one more.“

“I visited the Student Prince with two coworkers. We all got different variations of the Schnitzel. I got the Kaiser with tater tots, although it was delivered with home fries as pictured. It also came with red cabbage. The Schnitzel was delicious. Just as I remembered it from my time in Germany. The portions we quite large and I was unable to finish my meal. My coworkers were also very happy with their meals.Visiting the Student Prince is not just about the food. The restaurant is decorated in classic German style with loads of steins all long the walls. This historic restaurant has quite a history as well. Take your time to read about it and you'll enjoy the experience that much more.“

“We tried for the first time today! :) Food was great & coffee even better. Really enjoyed my coffee. Service wasn’t rude but was very unfriendly. Very stoic and serious, straight to the point. Seemed bothered by our presence and a question on the menu. The dining area wasn’t clean and upon walking in, everyone was standing around (we were the only ones in there) so not sure why it was so messy. Perhaps they were taking a break in between a rush which is understandable! I will give it another shot soon.“

“This place is awesome! The shop has a rustic look that’s complimented by all the natural light that comes in. My wife and I went for breakfast one morning and fell in love with the place. The servers were super sweet and understanding. The menu was a bit overwhelming with a lot of choices, but that’s not a bad thing! She got a latte while I had a mochaccino, and we decided to share an eggs benedict as well as a dessert-style crêpe. Everything was delicious, and we plan to make more trips in the future.“

“We have been here to eat many times when visiting our daughter at UMass! We make a trip at least one morning for breakfast. Great options, including gluten free breads, I love getting French Toast with these breads. Friendly servers and Mike is always pleasant to chat with. I had their Arabic platter chicken shawerma and it was okay, but I really didn't like that the chicken was ground. Authentic shawerma comes in chunks/slices of chicken, so that was a little weird. I would like to try their lamb shawerma and see how that goes as well.“

“Pho was good enough to pass my standards. It ain't got the best broth, but tasty nonetheless. Got the extra large pho dac biet. They do not skimp on the meat. Lots of meat. Staff was friendly.Ordered the Vietnamese coffee. That thing was delicious and it hits like a truck. Imagine driving 3 Celsius' in one go. It'll keep you awake for hours. “I have been to Drunken Rabbit a couple of times. I love that they have a wide selection of beer to choose from and a great menu that pairs well with the beer. Each time I've been there, I have ordered different things. For the beer, I can't remember what I ordered, but they were good. For food, I've had the chicken bacon ranch pizza and the poutine tater tots. I would absolutely order those again. I love that Drunken Rabbit offers a variety of events. Both times I've been there, they had an event going on (cookie swap during the holidays and a glass painting night). I enjoy hearing about the events during their ads on the radio.“

“It is so ADORABLY cute in here! Very quiet and welcoming place with a calming and serene presence. I ordered a Mango-Go smoothie for my daughter which I know she'll love. I ordered my self a Honey Lavender Latte on this snowy and slushy mid morning, and I must tell you that this Honey Lavender Latte went down smooth and delicious! Perfect drink for soothing and relaxing. It was also so light; no heavy feeling afterwards as I have had the experience of some drinks leaving you bloated full... not here. I also took home a Strawberry Kombucha and 2 protein balls; strawberry coconut and mint chocolate chip. Like Annie, "I think I'm going to like it here!" 5 stars from me. There are so many more varieties to choose from on their menu and I am up for the taste challenge!“

“If you’re anywhere in the area, this little unassuming cafe is an absolute must.To start, Laura—who it seems typically opens in the morning—had my order memorized like I was a years-long regular after just a single visit. I waltzed in just after opening (7:05), hoping not to be “that guy” that walks in super early while she’s trying to do her side work. She assured me that all was good, and that I was more than welcome. She virtually started making my breakfast before I even ordered. Wow.Next, the food. The FOOD. The COFFEE. Some of the best savory all-American comfort breakfast food I’ve had, genuinely. I’m a coffee snob, and I like mine on the sweeter side. They nail it with their caramel lattes (at least Laura does).The atmosphere is a very warm-toned rustic feel, so it almost comes off as if you’re sitting in someone’s living room. At the center of the room is a few sofas and a table, to boot.Again, if you’re anywhere near VS&C, pop on in. You won’t regret it.“

“Last night my husband and I dined at Grapevine Pizzaria and Restaurant on Maple Rd in Longmeadow. We've gotten plenty of pizzas from there in our 4 months since moving here, but this was our first time eating there and it was jammed!!! That tells me that the food is good, with so many people willing to wait for a table.We chose to sit at the bar for our meal because I was starving ? and I'm so glad we did! I got to witness the level of professionalism with the staff in dealing with the constant stream of customers waiting for a table, the constant stream of customers picking up their take out orders and the constant ringing of the phone for customers placing orders.Every person that I saw working there always had a smile on their face, were kind and helpful to everyone, engaged in easy conversation and made every person there feel as if they were the most important person there. I overheard one worker say that she had been there since 9:30am (nearing a 10 hour shift at that point). She chatted easily with customers, joked with them about their orders and, I kid you not when I say she answered the phone with a smile on her face every single time!I'm gushing here because I was just so impressed with the staff there. “Off the top here, I had written a four star review for this location in Breckwood Plaza in Springfield from years ago. However I noticed recently that review was somehow transferred to the Joy Bowl in East Longmeadow, a relatively new location which definitely wasn't open when I made my review, so that review has been deleted. So now I have a new review for this location.My wife and I typically do take-out, each of us getting a build-your-own poké bowl (usually the three protein option) and the steamed vegetable gyoza. We used to get the regular (meat) gyoza and honestly either option is very good. Their dipping sauce does a lot of the heavy lifting as it is very flavorful.The build-your-own poké bowls can be made with a variety of bases (including white/brown rice, lettuce/mixed greens or seaweed salad, or "noodles" (which is effectively linguine)), proteins, fruit and vegetable add-ins, sauces, and a few toppings. This variety gives you the opportunity to try a lot of different things on ensuing visits until you eventually find a mixture that works for you. Once again the sauces typically do a lot of the work as the proteins are generally unseasoned and vegetables are uncooked, but for me it's about finding a good mix of textures and not overwhelming yourself with sweetness (which can happen with the mango or pineapple or the unagi (eel) sauce).I have visited this Joy Bowl enough times to say my review would be five stars if not for one thing: inconsistent bowl filling. My wife and I have recently gone whole food plant-based with a carbohydrate limitation, so rather then getting rice for the base we have been opting for the lettuce/mixed greens salad. Lately this has meant that the quantity of filling has not been as satisfactory, an issue which seems to depend on who is filling the bowl. Salad can be smushed down moreso than rice but, more often than not in recent weeks, whoever has been filling the bowl hasn't made an effort to compensate for this, and we have been left wanting more food. If you are getting rice or noodles for a base, this inconsistency probably won't be an issue for you. For me, for the price being paid, and at a time when there's not a lot of money to spend on eating out, this dissatisfaction has lead to us opting not to go to Joy Bowl.In summation, Joy Bowl's food is quite tasty and satisfying...when there's a reasonable effort made by the person building the bowl.(It also wouldn't hurt to find a way to keep the entrance door from slamming shut, but I suppose that's a bigger issue for the people dining in and the people who work there!)“

“Actually ate here by mistake. Driving in the area and remembered there was a middle eastern restaurant. Stopped at what I thought was Taste of Lebanon but decided to give it a try. I am extremely glad I did. I ordered a Lamb platter and Kofta Sandwich, both were delicious. The man working was very helpful, patient and generous. Very happy to support the business of such a worker or owner. Lamb Kebab platter 10/10- Pretty much perfect on the day, especially since the Chef cooked it on the Medium side for me. The Lamb itself was delicious and flavored wonderfully. The rice was amazing and was enriched by sautéed onions and some kind of noodle. Nice onion, tomato, and pickle salad mixture. Included Hummus and some kind of rich Yoghurt/Sour Cream which was amazing. Kofta Sandwich 7.5/10- Basic kofta sandwich done well. Good meat, good wrap, good flavor, nice toppings. For the money, an excellent deal. Fantastic food. Great price. What started as an accidental visit will turn me into a return customer. Looking forward to my next meal at Janna.“

“I bought a gluten free panini and wasn't sure what to expect. I have never been there before. Everything that is gluten was separate. Was grilled on a designated press. I didn't have to explain anything, the staff was knowledgeable about taking care of gf items. Changed gloves as soon as I said it was an allergy without me having to ask... which is HUGE!!
