“This was an awesome experience-the atmosphere is casually elegant with midnight blue walls illuminated with candles and greenery. We had the 9 course option and not knowing what would be coming next just added to the adventurous feeling. The courses were comprised of small complex creations that were paired with different wines…each dish was presented with an explanation of what was in it and how it was made. They were well timed to come out just as we were finishing the previous one. The food was aromatic and fresh and innovative. All the servers were professional and pleasant. This was just so much fun-I give it a 10/10 and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new dining experience.”

Not only is the space incredibly comfy, but the staff were remarkably generous and fun to chat with. I had three delicious courses prepared by Chef Misha, then enjoyed a lovely piano performance while sipping some Turkish coffee. You won’t regret spending an evening or weekend afternoon here. “Never order pick up. We ordered 2 twin lobster one with ginger scallops and the other with black bean sauce. Shrimp fried rice and Chicken wings. The lobster had empty shells mix in the lobster with black bean had nothing but oil in the box the chicken was hard as a rock and I asked for no vegetables in the rice and of course it had vegetables. Mind you I came all the way from Dorchester and was so disappointed that I had to let customers know it’s better to eat in don’t order pick up”

“I have been ordering from both the Lynn and Revere Locations for years now and the food has always been fresh and delicious. Lately, the Lynn location has been my go-to since it’s close to my office. My son loves the tacos, and I love their soup. The customer service is outstanding.
The only issue I have ever had was my soup not being wrapped well as it usually is (per owner instruction) and it ended up spiraling. I called as soon as I got home, and they told me I could come back for a replacement. I got the replacement and was satisfied.
I'm surprised that there are any negative reviews on here. I can see where there could be a potential issue with a language barrier while placing an order, but my colleagues at work who only speak English go on their own and get what they want. Don't let negative reviews stop you from trying this gem of place. It is on the pricer end, but the food is worth it.

“We have been searching for good pizza for the longest time. On a recommendation we tried Papivivi. After a conversation with Sam it’s obvious the pride he takes in his craft. Then be prepared to be bombarded with a big colorful menu with so many delicious breakfast, lunch and drink options! You will struggle to decide on what to order, but that’s ok because you can always return again and again until you try everything! I myself have not tried everything but I have loved everything that I have had so far! Spicy without being too hot, and loaded with crunchy vegetables and generous slices of chicken. The counter staff is very friendly and the prices are good. “On the outskirts of Downtown Lynn here's a spot that serves tasty authentic Hatian food with good serving sizes. Chicken so good that it slides off the bone!
Pikliz was crunchy and a little spicy to add a kick of flavor. Dish served with generous amounts of sauce. Papaya juice was thickened with too much whipped cream, though. You can't go wrong with the bunun peze (pressed fried plaintains). The atmosphere could use some decoration, and better music choice could be switched to Haitian music to celebrate the culture with pride and set the right vibe. It's a small business/family owned restaurant, so I can overlook some issues and hope they improve over time with listening to the constructive feedback. Street parking is available, and the place is easy to find off the street. Service was friendly and the food was great, so a good experience overall. Merci!

They are always very pleasant and their food is always fast fresh and hot. I have never had a single bad experience here and as of now I’ve probably ordered from here 20-30 times so far. This restaurant reminds me of the foundation this country was built on. Which is small business. I enjoy every aspect of this restaurant.
