The store and restroom was clean. The restroom has a sign "employees only." I asked if customers could use it upon entry and the man wanted me to buy something first. I patronize a lot of Dunkins every month and having to pay first to use the bathroom second is not favorable. I bought a hot chocolate and pancake wrap with my app/account and gave a $2 tip. Every time you see a bathroom with this sign in the bathroom, know that it is a public declaration that the administrator does not know how to manage people! It is absurd to prohibit the customer from using the bathroom! See the photo. Nothing justifies the lack of management of workplace cleaning. I genuinely love this Dunkin location with all my heart. I mobile order from here at least once a week, since they are the only 24hr Dunkin around. My order is always ready when I arrive, usually 5 minutes after placing my order. The workers are beyond friendly and happy, which is amazing, and the drinks are always constant and made just how I like.
