I genuinely love this Dunkin location with all my heart. I mobile order from here at least once a week, since they are the only 24hr Dunkin around. My order is always ready when I arrive, usually 5 minutes after placing my order. The workers are beyond friendly and happy, which is amazing, and the drinks are always constant and made just how I like.

The store and restroom was clean. The restroom has a sign "employees only." I asked if customers could use it upon entry and the man wanted me to buy something first. I patronize a lot of Dunkins every month and having to pay first to use the bathroom second is not favorable. I bought a hot chocolate and pancake wrap with my app/account and gave a $2 tip. Then they buzzed me into the restroom. I'm sure they are cautious about who they let in the restroom as there may be riff raff in this area, but other Dunkins in the area don't have such a restrictive policy.Parking: Less than 8 spots here next to the shop, and at least 2 are handicapped.

Every time you see a bathroom with this sign in the bathroom, know that it is a public declaration that the administrator does not know how to manage people! It is absurd to prohibit the customer from using the bathroom! See the photo. Nothing justifies the lack of management of workplace cleaning. There should be a routine where all employees check the bathroom during the day and always keep it clean and smelling good. Cleaning a bathroom in a restaurant demonstrates how they clean the kitchen. If the bathroom is dirty, the kitchen will also be dirty or if the bathroom is clean, the kitchen will be impeccable. If you can avoid this dunkin donuts.. AVOID IT !!! They make your coffee and don't even mix it you litteraly have to ask so when ordering make sure you say to mix it because they don't!!! When you get to the bottom of the coffee it's where all the flavor is.. I hate

This used to be a good dunkin. Now all you get is rudeness, tardiness, and terrible coffees. I thought it was a one time thing but have been through here for a third time recently and just a horrible experience each time. Idk if the employees are happy at this place.
