Great little place, convenient location. Authentic Asian food....much more budget friendly than their neighbor....All Seasons table!

After a busy day in the city we decided to skip Chinatown and eat in Malden for Chinese. Free parking and we get good and pleasant service! Ended up here at 4:00 pm and we were the only ones there. Got the place to ourselves. Ordered some hot tea, scallion pancakes, wings, rice, salt and pepper shrimp and beef noodle soup! All came out quick and hot and delish. Prices are fair. Very nice female waitress and FRIENDLY. We will be back!

Their orange chicken was the best I've ever had. It had real slices of orange peel in it, was not overly sugary and not greasy. The only issue I had was the breading was too thick for my liking but the overall taste was great! The beef chow foon...was healthy tasting. It was light but it lacked salt. Although, I appreciated how it wasn't greasy. The broccoli it came with was really well done, sweet and crunchy but not overly cooked. I really enjoyed their food, but I thought the prices were pricier than average. I finished full but not gross from an abundance of salt, grease, and sugar as you can with some chinese restaurants.

Good food, but not as authentic. We were looking for a Taiwanese restaurant in Malden, and we stumbled upon Mandarin Malden. The ambiance is good and pretty clean. Ordered pork chop rice with minced pork (豬排飯), oyster pancake (蚵仔煎) and seafood noodle (海鮮大魯麵). I guess our expectations were high because it is designated as taiwanese but it was a little off from our expectations. Overall, the food is good, but we feel it can still be better. The restaurant is a good option if you leave near Malden/Everett and don't want to go far off.

This restaurant is one we frequent living in Malden. We've tried many dishes here. Almost everything here is decent. I can't remember any terrible taste from here. But nothing is wow or amazing either. It's a solid restaurant to go to when we can't think of anything, or we need a quick meal. Yes, quick. Dishes comes out really fast. Service is one of the better ones from a Chinese restaurant. The owner is really sweet, workers are pleasant. The Taiwanese dishes are not the most authentic, but taste nice. Some of our favorite are Westlake soup, spicy green pepper beef roll-up, scallion pancake, guabao, pickled green mustard, lion head meat ball, 3 cup chicken etc.

I won't tell ya skip the young lady with glasses not because her service is bad. It's ok if you will get judged by giving tips. What the heck? I think this place is joking and must have misunderstanding about TIPS. I cant less my tips due to her service, but I will and I CAN give no s*** next time for her bully attitude for asking more tips. I know everyone can put self into weak spot, but I hate to tell ya I could be ruder than you could imagine. "HEY I served YOU! how dare you just tip me 12% for the meal?" "Shrugging... It is under the bar and not happy with it" "It's none of my biz! U can talk to chef but I served you!" I was feeling bad last second ago, but not now with shocking. wtf are you thinking lady please? my inner evil dialogue is like, if you want really serve me how about go outside and I will throw $$$ in your face. sorry. As a waitress, her bully shitty attitude really made me mad last week.

Totally gross. I have no idea how they stayed in business for so long. My first time was a couple of months ago and my hot and sour soup was run down with water. All I could taste was black pepper and oil. I had a lunch combo today and it's a waste of money!!! Soup tasted awful, spareribs tasted like left over, chicken fingers were dried.... Awful taste

Really nice tofu, meat slice over rice. The taste is really similar to traditional Chinese cuisine.
