“I can tell from the other reviews the food here is a matter of preference. I don't know what traditional pad Thai is suppose to taste like exactly, but I do agree Star of Siam's pad Thai is very sweet. I went with only medium heat as I was afraid "hot" would blow my face off, but instead it wasn't particularly hot at all. My understanding is real pad Thai would be pretty spicy. Anyways, I really liked the chicken pad thai. The crab Rangoons had a couple of duds, meaning the filling was missing and all I got was a fried wonton. I'll definitely check out their other menu items.”
“Marylou's is a great place to get your caffeine fix in a fun, local spot. There are multiple locations. This one is located off state and has a convenient drive thru. The menu offers lots of coffee options: hot. iced, and frozen/blended. Some good items if you're hungry too!”

“The service was nice. Especially Maggie was super nice and accommodating for allergy replacements. One Mexican omelet felt like enough to be very filling.Dietary restrictions: Were able to replace the sauce in one of the sandwiches and help find pastry without egg”

“We took a wrong turn, saw a sign for artisan breads, and followed our hearts (and the signs) right to this amazing little hot spot. There were four other clearly loyal customers in line and the mood and tone of the place was very congenial. Naturally we broke into the baked goods right away and WOW! So so good. We especially recommend the sourdough bread if that's your jam. No doubt about it, we're their newest regulars!”

“I absolutely adore Honey Baby - their staff is so friendly, drinks are delicious, and food is fantastic! Though it may be more expensive than other local spots to grab a drink or app, there is truly no where like it around Plymouth - so keep in mind you are paying for the unique experience, which in my opinion is worth it every time!!”

“I gotta tell you, I can't vouch for their cocktails or beer selection yet, but I got some pics of the swanky marble and stainless steel taps and the booze assortment. I did try their clam chowder, and let me tell you, I went back for seconds a week later! It's gotta be the best chowder on the South Shore, no doubt! It's got more flavor and body than the usual Plymouth-area waterfront spots. And those fish tacos are seriously yummy. I scarfed mine down so fast, I forgot to snap a pic! The staff is super cool and passionate about what they do. The place itself has a chill vibe with smooth jazz, veined marble, corrugated metal, distressed wood, and cozy leather. It's a bummer I won't have a regular excuse to go back to this part of Duxbury now that winter sports clinics are winding down!”

“Our server was very nice, but they don’t tell you there’s a 10% “admin fee” for the kitchen workers share of tip? not sure why you don’t just pay your workers more, but that’s besides the point. The view is fantastic, but the pricing for the quality of the food here is interesting... Roughly $60 for what is essentially just a subpar Alaskan Roll and 8 (sandy) oysters. Expected better from the high ratings, but it might be outdated. Probably won’t be coming back.”

“Excellent smash burgers…better than any of the burgers I have had at the popular burger bar downtown. Fresh ingredients. Also has shish-kabobs, salads, fish and soft serve. Casual counter service restaurant with lots of seating in North Plymouth, next to St Mary’s church close to cherry street. Parking is in the back. Handicap accessible. Recommend.”

“September 2023-Don't miss this small local place for great food. There is limited parking but within walking distance of street parking. They have a large bar and booth seating. We didn't have to wait long since it was off season. We both began with the clam chowder. The clams were shredded which we had never had and it made the chowder lovely. Best we had on our vacation. I got the a cod fish Reuben on grilled marble rye bread. It had thousand island dressing and was served with coleslaw and skin on fries. Their dill pickles were homemade. My husband got the brisket grilled cheese with tater tots. It's served with brown gravy to dip the sandwich in. The sandwich was overloaded with brisket, so very filling. Service was great.”

“Excellent food and drinks!! The atmosphere was comfortable and cozy. The Lumber Jack cocktail was so good and also ordered the Beef Bourguignon which was delicious. The only con I would say is the service could be a bit more welcoming. Other than that I really enjoyed their cocktails and the food felt of high quality. Will be back :-)”

“My wife and I dined at Bluefish River Tavern for the first time last night. We sat at the bar and met another couple that was also there for the first time. They were just finishing when we arrived and they said they loved their meal as well as the wait staff. We had the scallops and short ribs and both were excellent! The bar staff were great and very friendly and attentive. We look forward to our next trip to Bluefish River Tavern - very soon!”

“my husband and I went here for Valentine's. We had never been there before. I have to say, I was blown away by the service, the quality and the prices. We had about 10 waiters and each one was as attentive as the next. The bartender Jesus made me the best mango margarita I've ever had. We will definitely be back. thanks for a great evening.”

“Delicious breakfast! The menu has many options to choose from. I would definitely recommend the pancakes, hash , and omelettes. The cornbread was not with the upcharge of $3. Food came out really fast, despite how busy they were (30 minute wait on Sunday morning) The waitress was very friendly. It has such a cozy atmosphere, like you're in a New Hampshire log cabin!”

“SoBol is just what Duxbury needs! The ingredients are extremely fresh, each item is made to order with special attention to allergies & preferences, and the environment is welcoming and polished. The owner, Dawn, is beyond accommodating & kind, and the employees are super attentive. I would highly recommend SoBol to anyone visiting town, and Duxbury residents should make this a daily stop.Dietary restrictions: They take special care of those with any and all restrictions. I’ve even seen them remake a bowl because a customer forgot to mention an allergy while ordering. Superb customer service.Kid-friendliness: Kids are most definitely welcome and are regulars, too!”

“We have passed by this place a number of times and never went in. I will not pass it again. first off the beet salad and Caesar salad were wonderful. Very fresh, unique with the salad having pistachios, and the Caesar salad having these great flat croutons. Very tasty.. we ordered the margarita pizza as it was good Friday. This was exceptional with a very crispy thin crust. They had a special on a German chocolate cake which we decided to share. This was exceptional. I hope they put this on the menu as a regular. The coconut was enhanced with sea salt and caramel which made it extra special. The staff was very attentive, the atmosphere is kind of special. A mix between art deco, and 60s vibe. Very unique. Don’t pass by this place.”

“Best Mexican food! Fresh, from-scratch ingredients, hands-on owner (Mike) + knowledgeable staff. From the incredible guac + pico to the authentic house-made corn tortillas, this place is 5 star!! Highly recommend the bbq brisket and the shrimp tacos but seriously, everything is a great choice. Tons of gluten free options and I totally appreciate the fresh lime instead of sour mix in their margs. Jefes came recommended by several word of mouth reviews from colleagues and friends and we will continue the chain to spread the word!!”
