We love Jersey Mike's, but just not this location. It is slower, skimps out on the portions, and 2 out of 3 attempts have not used the correct bread. Go to any other Jersey Mikes location. NEVER tip before you receive your order.
I visited today, 3/1/2024, and the folks that were working at about 2-2:30 were the best. There was a mistake with my order that was entirely my fault, and they corrected the order instantly, without hesitation, or even any judgement. Just a smile. The sandwiches were delicious and fresh. The place was nice and clean. 10/10 would recommend this location.

I recently visited the Jersey Mike's Subs on School St. in Mansfield, MA. The manager, Mitch Cleary, was the only person working during a busy lunchtime because his staff had quit earlier that day. He was doing his best to keep up with the orders coming in online and was very polite to the patrons who were patiently waiting for their sandwiches.
