I recently visited the Jersey Mike's Subs on School St. in Mansfield, MA. The manager, Mitch Cleary, was the only person working during a busy lunchtime because his staff had quit earlier that day. He was doing his best to keep up with the orders coming in online and was very polite to the patrons who were patiently waiting for their sandwiches. When patrons came in to order on site, he calmly and politely told them it would be about 45 minutes before he could get their orders to them. He was working constantly and methodically to serve his customers in an impossible situation. I commend him for being so unflappable.Not realizing he was the manager, I provided feedback on the app while I waited. Mitch responded to my concerns the very next day and offered to comp my sub and to give me some coupons for a future visit. He apologized for a situation that was out of his control.A few days later, my son who is visiting from Georgia, went in to pick up some subs he ordered on the app. Mitch was working again and my son explained that he was visiting to celebrate his grandmother's 100th birthday, that very day. Mitch graciously comped my son's order with a sincere Happy Birthday wish for his grandmother. Mitch is obviously a service-oriented, customer-friendly manager. I can only hope that his superiors recognize this gentlemen as the valuable employee that he is.Oh, and he makes a great sub too!

We love Jersey Mike's, but just not this location. It is slower, skimps out on the portions, and 2 out of 3 attempts have not used the correct bread. Go to any other Jersey Mikes location. NEVER tip before you receive your order.

I visited today, 3/1/2024, and the folks that were working at about 2-2:30 were the best. There was a mistake with my order that was entirely my fault, and they corrected the order instantly, without hesitation, or even any judgement. Just a smile. The sandwiches were delicious and fresh. The place was nice and clean. 10/10 would recommend this location.

The Manager Mitch does NOT need to be a manager. He was yelling at me and his face turned red. Another employee had to tell him to go to the back. My sandwich was brown like steak and not chicken. He said our grille is browner than usual right now. So he admitted to making my chicken sandwich on a dirty grille. You don’t argue with a customer. I wouldn’t have drive all the way back up there for nothing. Not happy at all.

Delays online orders, you'll order 30 minutes ahead of time to go in and wait, as people come in and make orders on the spot and get priority.If you call in an order, they will cancel it random. I called in an order, had it cancelled a few minutes later. I call in and ask what happend and im told "sorry we are busy so we just cancelled the last 5 orders but you can go to another location"Well, I will go somewhere else but it wont be jersey mikes.

They started to cancel my orders from door dash because they don’t like to hear the truth. If my sandwich is soggy and it’s make wrong got missing ingredients wth do you think is gone happen im suppose to give you my money and be okay with that I don’t think so. Employees are rude af and do things like they just don’t care, you should treat peoples food the way you’d like your food to be handled. Which I’m sure is done right because it isn’t free, when you pay for my meal then you can do it as you darn well please. I’d like to see them refuse to serve me in person but it’s rude when I’m paying for my meal I’m not stealing it and you decline my order just because you feel like it. You should be fired for making the company lose money. Hopefully higher power does contact me so I can inform them on how you are purposely making them lose money because you simply won’t just do your job correctly.

We ordered 3 different subs. Lg. chicken cheesesteak w/ provolone Reg. chicken cheesesteak w/provolone Reg. Chipotle chicken w/extra cheese Not one sandwich was right!! All three were beef and all three had peppers. It cost $38 plus tip. How do you mess up every aspect of an order?!! Bums me out

Every time I come in here to the Mansfield location it’s always something. I once overheard the employee saying they haven’t cleaned the Iced Tea container for a week. The soda is alway flat. They NEVER have rosemary parm sub rolls. And tonight they took our order, made us wait 20 minutes just to say o shoot we don’t have ANY sub rolls. I have had multiple bad experiences and will not be back to this location.

Once, just once, I'm begging you, please, can you do an order correctly?? This is the only shop that cannot get a simple order correct, after at least eight tries. If you let me customize a sub, and I say no onions, then don't put onions on the sub. if I say no Mike's way, don't glob it with oil and vinegar. If I order chips with my sandwich, put the chips in the bag. If you tell me the sub will be ready in 25 to 30 minutes, don't make me wait another 15 minutes and kill my lunch hour standing around. It's not just one type of sub or time of day either. Regardless of what I seem to order, or when, they just can't get it right. I think I've really given up on this Jersey Mike's. Too bad, because I love their food as a whole but this location tarnishes the franchise.

It's a overpriced sub shop, with a bunch of kids running the store. I get the business part of it with keeping the labor cost down, but the cost of the products on the menu has a 600% markup, I mean it's a good product, but (alltown) fresh has great sandwiches from 'scratch' that don't cost as much.Also never consistent, one line cook, cook's different from the other. Steak and cheese is always different from the other. Ham and cheese different portion size from one to the next. Sorry it is what it is ?Parking: Parking is plentiful
