“My mom and I are visiting Marblehead and didn't expect to visit pizza heaven while here! We ordered the Insalata salad (subbed the Parmesan cream dressing) and the Fonduta pizza. WOW! We were blown away. The crust was delicious - crispy on the outside and chewy inside. The toppings were a perfect combo - super savory and aromatic with the truffle oil. We will absolutely be back when we visit next year!“

“Went this past weekend. Luckily made a reservation a week prior because it was packed! Very attentive service. No rush, but there when we needed him. We have cocktails at the Hidden Door before arriving so we order wine and beer straightaway. Apps were the Hamachi tartar - FANTASTIC. Onion soup - wonderful. Escargot - look at that s car go!.. Mains were equally wonderful. The skate wing was perfect. Frankly it was so good I forget what everyone else got. Desserts were also yummy. We opted for the honey lavender sorbet - light and refreshing. We'll be back!“

“I rarely leave reviews, but felt I needed to for our first experience at Ithaki. We dined yesterday, which was Greek Easter. It was also my birthday, so no cooking! lol Made a reservation for 4, but at the last minute, my 92 year old mother felt up to joining us - she hasn't been interested in going out much lately, so we spent the morning with her. We were thrilled, and decided to chance it, hoping they could add a fifth to our reservation. It was crazy busy, but the staff really worked hard to accommodate us, and did so in a very timely manner. We were most grateful. The decor is beautiful, the service was impeccable, and the food was superb, even on this very busy day. They even included red eggs! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back soon.“

“I was around the area and was craving for some Ice Cream - so what did I do? Open Yelp and looked for the closest one to me and has at least 4 Stars reviews- You already know what popped up first - Holy Cow Ice Cream ! I pulled into their parking lot on a drizzly 7pm evening - and have no idea what I wanted . At the same time , I don't want to be standing there looking at the 25+ of flavors that they had . Surely enough- I said to myself, ima have the worker pick for me ! So I said to the girl with a gray sweater, tied pony tail- "idk what I want, can you surprise me ?!" - she didn't hesitate or think twice or question anything (other then do I want it in a cup, cone, etc and I picked waffle cone)- and I'm glad she didn't ask me anything more than that because I STILL didn't know what I wanted lol! . She ranged me up, and did her thing . I also overheard her coworker asked if she wanted her to do it instead- she said no- she will surprise me . I waited approximately 3 min- she handed me a big WARM ice cream cone. I'm going to go ahead and say that waffle cone was freshly made. She gave me two scoops of something which had chunks of caramel squares and chocolate, vanilla, chocolate chip. It tasted a bit like butterscotch and something else . The bottom of the waffle cone had chocolate squares and mini chocolate chips and oh. My. Goodness. It was the most delicious ice cream I've ever had ! Kudos to the girl who "Surprised Me" with this ice cream on April 10th at 7pm ! I'll never know this flavor . lol And I'll probably say the same thing when I come back“

It tasted like soggy grape nuts so at least you don't chip a tooth; you either love it or hate it. I decided to stick to my faves, chocolate peanut butter & pistachio. The pistachio flavoring was off, a bit too pistachio-y, if that's even possible. But the chocolate peanut butter hit the spot. Hubby got the milk & cookies & that was yummy too. “Came in to bridges as we were craving something a little different for dinner. The food was made fresh to order so we took a walk to the beach while we waited for our food to be cooked. The space has a lot of plants which make it feel very home-y in side. The chicken tikka masala was great but I'm a fan of spice so I could have used a little more heat. The momo dumplings were delicious - highly recommend adding to your meal.“

There was only one other family in there and it was blissfully quiet. Service was speedy and friendly. The 3 of us got away with an $80 tab. It was a relaxing meal. Chicken Marsala for me. “Food is 10/10, with extensive options for vegetarians. The pad Thai is amazing, and all portions are sized for sharing. One meal and one appetizer/side can easily feed two people, and if not, the leftovers are even better than the day-of. Good price and delivered hot! “Kokeshi is in residency with Bambolina (a wood-fired pizza joint, also delicious) and it's perfect! My husband and I (and our puppy, Dexter) stopped in for lunch on Wednesday and were treated to a wonderful meal with an awesome server and comfortable outdoor seating. I had the Spicy White Kimchi Ramen and my husband had the Margherita pizza. Both were amazing! I highly recommend stopping in when in Salem!“

“This place is well known for sushi and takeout food. If you haven't tried the eat-in experience, I recommend it. The eat-in feels slightly elevated, though the only negative to it is that it is so small inside and the staff has nowhere to be except for the bar, which can feel a bit like crowding (not their fault, it just is what it is). We specifically came for the duck, which we have had in the past. This time, we got the mango crispy duck, and it was A+, just perfectly cooked and crispy yet tender. We also got spicy dumplings, which was a special. We loved them. In addition, we had the lo mein, which was fair. It seemed a bit oily for my tastes and lacked flavor. The scallion pancakes were fine, but served with a soy based sauce and not a plum sauce, which isn't typical around here. The cheese Rangoon (crab) was ok too. Overall, I can say for certain we will be back for that duck and the sushi (didn't have it this time, but consistently some of the best around). The drinks are also well made.“

“Odyssey Grill is the best! Winthrop is very lucky to have them. We moved to the South-shore two years ago and miss it really bad. We miss driving a few minutes for their chicken kabobs subs, stake tips salads, and chicken wings… never disappointed. Now, whenever we drive to Boston we try to stop by to pick up our favorite chicken kabob subs. If you want good food for a “still” affordable price you got to stop by and try their menu. A great local business from a great family.“

“Wow, wow, wow! Came here on a recommendation from a friend that works at Tendercrop Farm down the street. My husband and I were surprised to see so many cars coming in and out of the sizeable parking lot. Taking it as a good sign, we headed into the beautiful building. The line was long, but worth the wait! We grabbed a beautiful load of herb Parm sourdough, a cinnamon donut, a brioche chocolate mousse roll, ham and cheese croissant, two passion fruit tarts and two coffees. Came to a very reasonable total of $41. The coffee is great, and so far we've only tried the cinnamon donut but....WOW! It is so light and airy and delicious! Very very pleased. We were looking for a bakeshop near us ever since Bird & Wolf shutdown, and we are thrilled to find this gem that's only 10min away from our home.Only suggestion would be to possibly consider a slightly better system for order fulfillment. A single cashier who is also responsible for picking and packing everything leads to a bottleneck.Can't wait to go on a Friday night and try the dinner portion of this place. Really pleased!“
