My wife and I visited back in October (not realizing that we went outside of usual sale hours), but Kim was very friendly and personable and sold us a few very tasty baked items. Sweet and warm pastries from a baker with just as sweet and warm of a soul. Highly recommended for all to come and visit wherever their items are sold.
I bought a Kowboy cookie at the Russell's Holiday fair last week. I froze it, as my appetite for sweets waned as I was sick for a few days. Tried a piece after lunch today, then another, and another ... Delicious (and horse sized!) peanut butter, oatmeal, coconut and chocolate chip cookie with just the right texture. Guess I'm feeling better. Giddy up! Highly recommend! ; - )
