Messed up my order 2 days in a row and when I did get the food it was raw. Next day ordered from BM website and they sent Doordash to deliver. Never arrived and the crooks refused to give a refund. Will never go here again

This location has ruined my Thanksgiving online it said it was open I get to the store, Rude customer service saying it's only pick up only. I wasn't the only 1 that came and we ALL GOT AN ATTITUDE. BY THE STAFF HERE. LEARN how to run your business!! If ITS PICK UP ONLY MAKE SURE U PUT THAT ON UR SITE AND ONLINE!

Sorry to say that I was disappointed with the quality of the food at this location. I ordered the half chicken meal and it was dry and burnt. The macaroni and cheese was hard and undercooked and half of the drinks in the fountain were out of order. Tables were dirty as well. I'm not sure if Boston Market has gone down hill as a brand or if it's just this location. Either way, I hope they get it together over there. Boston Market has always had a reputation as a cut above fast food and its really disappointing to see them heading in the wrong direction.

Really wanted to have a chicken dinner, but when we stopped by Friday at 5PM, place was all dark. Sign said "Closed Tues and Fri.". Stopped by on Sat and it was still closed. Are you running a business or a hobby?

the ribs were so succulent and fell off the bone what a delight and that cornbread tasted like gold im playing the ribs dead i tell u they dead i dont know what animal i just ate maybe next time you can specify what class of mystery meat that is stuck in my teeth so i can check it off my bucket list

Have been sitting outside waiting forThem to open which states 12.The worker walked around at just sat at the table never unlocking the door. Nice. Five guys it is.

I used to stop in for meals at various locations when i was too busy to cook and they were more expensive than most fast food but worth it. Today I stopped to pick up dinner after a doctor's appointment. I should have turned around at the dirty windows and the door that only worked on one side. Everything was overcooked, including the side dishes and although a meal for one person was near 20$, I was told that there was an extra charge for some of them. When i got home, even the meat was tough. Like it had been cooked a long time ago. What a disappointment.

When I order from this Boston Market through UberEats, the order is cancelled (twice). The reasons have been that they’re too busy, and they have no gas to cook. It’s a little weird to me, this is the only restaurant that has ever done this and it happens more than once?
