Not bad for a ramen spot in Marlborough. Those who appreciate a good ramen may find this lacking a bit. Not as good as SmackNoodle whose ramen is leaps and bounds better. The bao here was excellent but very expensive. $8 for one! The tonkotsu ramen was good but very very fatty. Normally I would expect there to be a bunch but the broth and chasu were very fatty. This is a decent place that scratches an itch but if you want more authentic, you may find yourself driving a bit further.
I consider myself somewhat of a foodie. I love a good meal. Let me tell you that this ramen was one of the, if not the best tasting food I have ever had. This is my first time eating actual restaurant ramen and it will definitely not be my last. The broth was super flavorful and the pork belly was cooked perfectly.
