Looks like this location needs an overhaul. The service was really slow, food was horrible, and location just looks to be in shambles. Usually Chic Fil A locations are top notch. This one needs some work.

As soon as I stepped in to place my order, I received a warm welcome from Shelley, who I believe is a manager. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and her service was exceptional. Thank you and your team for providing such a delightful experience.
We placed an order for delivery/takeout through an app partner and the restaurant accepted the order. I noticed on the app that three different delivery drivers showed up trying to pick up the order but it was never ready. If you can’t deliver on the order, maybe don’t accept it. We waited for dinner for over an hour before getting the cancellation. Do not recommend.

SHELLY WAS AWESOME!!! Greeted us with a smile and even cleared away our dirty plates! Then when I told her it was my first time she even brought us a cookie! The manger was so sweet as well, I hope other chick-fil-a’s are like this one.
