It was my first time eating here and I found the place to be small and confusing. They should put up signs to indicate where to order, and the music was too loud so I could barely hear the lady asking me what do I want. The only good thing was my steak burrito ?.

They close at 10. Had chairs on the table at 8. Only had barbaco left to serve. Manager wanted to seem like they were closed so he didn’t have to bother with customers. Still tipped $10. This location used to be so good. It’s trash now ? so off putting.

The New Boston Post Rd Marlborough location next to target was amazing. One of the best Chipotle restaurants I have been to It was 8:30 pm and they had everything and it was fresh.The staff were also super friendly.

No joke going through the line ordering my food and I make eye contact with an employee who is mixing the bowl of white rice by the stoves and he reaches his hand into the bowl and takes a mouthful of rice. Absolutely disgusting.

Its a Friday night December 18th @7:30pm they had chairs up on the dinning room tables closing out one side, me and my girlfriend decided to go over because the other dining room side was completely full! We had no where to sit. So we decided to put one of the chairs down to make room for us that’s when the Manager Mariana approached us and told us the dining room was closed, so we asked where are we supposed to sit? She said over there yet it was full and we had legit no room for us to sit. I mentioned to her I used to be a kitchen manager for chipotle this was 10 years ago and she’s not supposed to close out a side just for your own convenience, the night is still young it’s a Friday night you have plenty more costumer’s coming in. Also she’s very rude to her employees when placing my order I had asked for a little bit more guacamole, she told her employee in Portuguese you’re not supposed to do that the employee responded it was just a little bit she responded back very rudely, did you here me? Which he responded yes! This is 1 a conversation to be had on the side not in front of your customers especially in a different language which I understood. I won’t be returning here again, I’m happy there’s a new one opening in Marlborough they will be getting my business going forward.

I was at Chipotle today on 12/04 at 1:15 pm and I received very poor service from the staff, starting with a thin, black-haired employee who speaks Portuguese… She didn't let me choose my food properly, she asked me 3 times how I can help , if you ask once and the person doesn't answer, the person is thinking ... You don’t insist... then she insisted several times if I wanted the cheese sauce, after I accepted so she would stop asking me... I asked if it's paid ?She replied to me that the information is glued on a sticker in front of me and you just have to read it...I had lunch very angry and after lunch, I asked to speak to the manager...to my surprise the girl was the manager, when I tried to explain that I didn't like it the way they do to increase sales, she interrupted me twice and then I gave up, because if the manager treats customers like that in front of her employees, look at the example she is giving them of how she treats customers. This manager She is poorly trained, arrogant, without any ability to be an employee, imagine a manager. She must first learn to listen to a complaint and not respond to the customer that she doesn't need any complaint, that she already knows her job... Absurd, never This happened at Chipotle before...I will never go back to this place or any other Chipotle. You need to train your employees better to be managers and not promote them without any knowledge of how you treat customers.

Someone fire the lady with the Pom Pom bun. Wow. It’s almost as if all Spanish cuisine just got insulted after I recieved my bowl. I WAS JIPPED! We only got half a spoon full of everything, embarrassing… not to mention the workers yelling in Spanish/ some foreign language, if your gonna live in America and work at chipotle, atleast get the portions right. I am furious, you workers will feel my wrath

The manager was very mean and rude. He kept pressuring us to move and had a very bad attitude. He was racist and he treated us differently from other customers. Would not suggest anybody to go here for any reason. Refused to give his name when asked. We wouldn't ask if he wore his name tag just like everyone else had. If I were the owner/ gm, I would fire him on the spot for treating his customers with racism and bad attitude. This incident happened on Nov.25 at around 6:30-7:00 p.m. If I were a gm, I would act on it and take further action. I plan to reach out to corporate for further action.
