I have always enjoyed the food from Hot Table but the service at this location has to be by far the worst when it comes to pick up orders! It is never on time as to when it says to be there for pick up. When I do arrive I am usually waiting another 20-30 minutes while they prepare orders for walk in customers and clear out that line. Only then did they come over to those of us that had been standing by the empty pick up shelf for some time with out being addressed and ask us our names and start to prepare our orders. Not sure what the point of ordering online is? When they finally got to me I asked for a refund explaining I did not have any more time to wait for my meal and needed to return to work. The one young lady working the register said she would need to get the manager to submit the refund. When the manager arrived she proceeded to give me a gift card. I explained that this was the 3rd time trying to place an online order only to be met with horrible service, I requested the refund back to my credit card and said I will not be returning.

Very fast counter service, informal dining. It just isn't that special. The Cuban sandwich I isn't a traditional Cubano, which has a meat combo, Hot Table interpreted it as a ham and cheese with pickle. The good news is that vegetarian options are available, and you can choose portion sizes.

5 stars — an all around fantastic lunch! We were in town for a soccer tournament stopped in for a quick bite. Service was fast and refreshingly beyond the typical - staff was genuine and friendly, and food quality, selection, and flavor delivered. Rude customer service. Had to call 8 times for a "team member" to answer the phone. She picked up asking "why do you keep calling?". I just asked for no onions and peppers on my sandwich I ordered in Doordash. She seemed extremely upset and replied "that's why you keep calling?" Yes thank you. Click.

Very good sandwiches when you go in and order. If you place a takeout order, it’ll be sitting on the shelf 15-20 minutes before pick up time, even when there’s no other customers. Also take out is a 50/50 shot on
