Keith provided outstanding service. Although the restaurant was very busy, he made sure to bring each course himself and stopped by to check on us several times. Very professional and attentive. Food was great, as always.

Need to make sure you have a dedicated staff member for delivery orders during lunch. I was waiting 20 minutes after texting for my order and was told it was busy inside. Then, staff member came to the passenger side of my car to deliver... when I am the only person in the vehicle. The food is good and usually service. This was below the usual bar.

Our First bad experience at our local LongHorn! How do you serve a baked potato with No potato? I received a sweet potato that had nothing in it but sour cream! A filet that was tough, fatty and tasted more like a sirloin, not a filet! Everybody has a bad day, but to spill a glass of wine, not wipe it up nor replace what was spilled. Bread was received after the salad and it was raw! Suffice it to say, we won't be dining at LongHorn on a Sunday night any time soon!!

This is a smaller location. Tables, menus, floors were clean. Drink menu is limited for specialty drinks and anything bottled (beers, seltzers). Tons of options for steaks, ribs, seafood. Ribs were delicious and all the side dishes were good. It's a steakhouse but not the highest quality; I ordered a 6oz filet and there was a big vein of fat through it and a medium temp came out burnt and well done. I sent it back quickly for a new one and by the time it came back (~10mins), all my sides were eaten and not offered any complimentary ones or even a discount. Caesar salad was a good portion size for a side but too much dressing. The desserts are tasty but definitely were not homemade; they felt "corporate" (shipped in made, then topped/warmed for service). The staff overall seemed young and maybe still in training...standing around talking, on phones, not paying attention, crowding the entry way but not getting the door for customers. Management was present and helped with the steak issue but could have been more friendly. Overall, just ok.Dietary restrictions: The "menu" they offer to you if you have a dietary restriction is a big 3 ring binder of ~20pages with very tiny font that you then have to go through each item on the menu to see what is in it. This is insane in this day. There were no icons on the regular menu to indicate anything other than calories. I'm shocked that for a corporate franchise this is what we were given. Not user friendly at all.Parking: The restaurant is in a shopping plaza at the end, so plenty of parking available.

The most Interesting man in the world

Better than average, but keep in mind this is a franchise steakhouse. It's decent steak (choice) at best, but nothing spectacular.

We ate at Longhorn last night and had a terrible experience. First, there were flies around us. Second, the steak was not only undercooked but not edible. I ordered a filet medium. The first steak arrives barely medium rare. I sent it back and repeated the desired temperature as medium. The new steak arrived barely cooked. At that point, we spoke with a manager who gave us a credit for my meal. Our server was great, though, which was the only positive part of the experience. We won’t dine at Longhorn again.

Sat at bar with Terry. Drinks were on point and the steak (outlaw ribeye) was delicious. I have dined at all of the top steak houses in Boston and I would rank this location at the top for a fraction of the cost. If out in this area give them a try and you will not be disappointed.

Food was okay. The steak was overcooked and so was the salmon. I wouldn't visit again. Service was

This is mine and my girls favorite place, it has everything someone would want and the food and service is nothing short of outstanding, the smoked wings are delicious, as well as the steak tips, which are my two favorite things to get here, the burgers are always on Point and the sides (mac and cheese, fries, mashed potatoes) are a great combination to any meal. For the price, this is the best bang for your buck. Delicious food with great service at a reasonable price! 100% recommend. PS. PLEASE BRING THE MAVERICK RIBEYE SANDWICH BACK!
