I have to say that this BY far is the best wendys! . They actually cook the Burgers properly! Not over cooked . They hang over the bun as they are supposed to ! The food is always hot and the drive thru is fast!

The food was luke warm. It was so cold that the people preparing the food had their jackets on. Neither soda machine was working and there was a huge puddle on the floor in front of them...which you had to walk through to get extra napkins, straws and ketchup. They advertise on TV $5 biggie bags..not true in this store. We stopped going to the Westborough store because of cold food so I guess Wendy's is out for us.

They gave me the wrong order and when I complained about it the lady who was taking the order was so rude to me and didn’t want to change my order. Then she called the manager who also wasn’t really helpful because she didn’t do anything about it and said I couldn’t get my money back so I had to pay for stuffs that I didn’t want to. Obs when the window closed they laughed at me.

Fastest most efficient crew. Everything was clean they were very organized. The place was packed i came in with my husband and 1yr old. There was a line and the dining room was 1/4 full. I ASSumed I would be waiting but we barely sat down and they called us. If every fast-food place ran like this, there would be allot of fat happy Americans ?Kid-friendliness: There were high chairs but no changing station

Price gouging beyond belief, this is not inflation. There isn't a double cheeseburger in the world worth $8. $8 for a double cheeseburger, just the burger!!! I will never go to another Wendy's in my life. Amazing how you're just like every other fast food. There isn't anything that separates you from the others! I will also be telling everybody I know to stay away from wendy's, we all need to start eating back at home anyway. Your food is garbage

I absolutely love Carmen she is there in the mornings and makes my coffee just right! Her beautiful smile and friendly demeanor is very inviting and it makes me want to come back I have come at different times and have not liked my coffee or the service but the morning crew is awesome your drive-thru crew is awesome!

Had the worst burger i've ever had at wendy's. I ordered a baconator and got a double cheeseburger with one piece of bacon. It was so greasy there was no possible way to eat it. There were six people at the driveing window with none of them working. They seem bothered that I even ordered food. I would suggest you go anywhere else.
Ordered 3 meals for family. Cold nuggets and fries. The drive thru people where awkward. I'll never be back to this Wendy's.

Nous avons bien aimé notre passage rapide au Wendy's. La nourriture était bonne, le service vraiment très rapide. Par contre, à 17h il n'y avait personne dans le restaurant ou très peu. Les clients laissent leurs cabarets avec de la nourriture non terminée sur toutes les tables et il manquait d'ustensiles dans la zone dédiée aux condiments.
