Fastest most efficient crew. Everything was clean they were very organized. The place was packed i came in with my husband and 1yr old. There was a line and the dining room was 1/4 full. I ASSumed I would be waiting but we barely sat down and they called us. If every fast-food place ran like this, there would be allot of fat happy Americans ?Kid-friendliness: There were high chairs but no changing station
I absolutely love Carmen she is there in the mornings and makes my coffee just right! Her beautiful smile and friendly demeanor is very inviting and it makes me want to come back I have come at different times and have not liked my coffee or the service but the morning crew is awesome your drive-thru crew is awesome!

The food was luke warm. It was so cold that the people preparing the food had their jackets on. Neither soda machine was working and there was a huge puddle on the floor in front of them...which you had to walk through to get extra napkins, straws and ketchup. They advertise on TV $5 biggie bags..not true in this store. We stopped going to the Westborough store because of cold food so I guess Wendy's is out for us.
