“This place is a cool hang out! It's got a bar, tables, and of course bowling. They have live music some nights. I've been here for a few birthday parties. They give you the option to bowl when you have a party. The food was also pretty decent! We just got pizza and wings for the table. The wings were excellent. They had these little delightful crispy bits on them and the ranch dressing was awesome. And the pizzas were good size too. We also got drinks and the bar tenders were quick and accommodating.“

“Please update your hours on your website. Been wanting to try as so many good things said about the restaurant. Website has hours 12-8 on Tuesday updated 7 weeks ago (could maybe understand if it was 7 months). Today lunch was to honor my birthday and bid an amazing friend safe travels she is relocating to Arizona. Was I surprised to find door locked and restaurant closed. I'd hate to see someone else get their hopes up.“

“Small place but worth the wait. Friendly staff and customers. I went specifically for the fish and chips. It did not disappoint! Can’t beat $9 for a delicious meal. We had 2 orders of fish and chips, a Pepsi and a DIPA and the total was only $24 and some change. Will definitely be back next time we are visiting!“

“Service is always terrific. Tara waited on us on our last visit & she could not have been sweeter. Ambiance is always upbeat & friendly. Outdoor seating during good weather. Wide variety of traditional Mexican dishes, often with a gourmet flair. Food is well prepared & delicious for the most part. Warm fresh chips & amazing salsa served as soon as you are seated. Great margaritas. Shrimp salad, black bean soup, enchiladas & tacos are winners. “I love this place. Best "Bah" Pizza, in our opinion yes. What a cool spot, I really like the layout. A bar, a bench like high top area that can seat 6-8 and still feel like you're at the bar, and then a seating area for families. Great drinks, cold beer, quality bar food. How can you go wrong. Let's talk about pizza. For a newer place on the bar pie scene, they have really got this down. The part I like the best is that they lace the edge of all pizzas and cook their pizzas a little more on the well side. Really delicious. Tip 1: Heavy Hitter Pizza - Their Specialty - Delicious Tip 2: Don't forget Wings - Spot On A rare 5 star review because everything they do at this place is done extremely simply and well. It's always great when we go. We travel an hour and fifteen just to hit this spot. Well maybe the Canal Cafe too, another gem. Shameless plug. “Overall this was a fun place to grab a late lunch. Dive bar with a scuba-theme.Staff/service was average though it was a bit awkward when we first walked in. We were not sure if we were supposed to seat ourselves or wait. We wandered into the game room then back to the bar side before being seated.Facility- One room is a small dive bar with bar seating and tables. The adjoining room is a game room with pool tables and some games. The restrooms are located between the rooms.What we got:STUFFED QUAHOG $8 - it was Tasty(Chopped clam, linguica, ritz cracker with drawn butter and lemon wedge) I made mine spicy. Spicy was still very mildLOBSTER BISQUE$13/cup- left something to be desiredCRUNCHY COD FISH AND CHIPS $22-(Deep fried cod fillet battered in cornflakes and almonds, served french fries and coleslaw.) This was really good the fries were very tasty! The fish has a super crunch that we found very appealing.Drinks- Quahog Republic Golden Ale- very good.Parking is available on site“

“A quiet gem. Open Weds and Friday, the food is wholesome but not inspiring. I had the T-bone steak while my friend has the scallops. We created our own surf and turf. Steak was juicy while the scallops were sweet and delicious. Round of drinks was cheap and the waitstaff friendly.“

The restaurant and bar were packed the entire time we were there, and our server Darrylee still took the time to make recommendations on food and drink and went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. “Food is excellent, pricey but good. Oysters are the best oysters in the NE. Really inventive traditional dishes from Salads to entrees.It’s tight seating though. We had a loud group near us and as the dinner progressed with more drinks profanity and their voices carried throughout the room. Not the restaurants fault but just something to keep in mind.“

“Hidden Gem! Notice all the bad reviews are from out of state. This is a great local dive and we like it that way. The place is old, the place is small and it can get crazy busy but that's how we like the Ho!! In the summer it's hard to get into and it's filled with demanding out-of-towners who act like they deserve the world and then some. This is a local place and it's the best in the off-season. That's when the Ho is at its best. Great service, good drinks, and food. I wish it stayed open later. They close at 9pm every night...way too early in my opinion especially for a bar! Hopefully, they decide to stay open a bit longer in the winter months for the locals.“

“It's just a great bar. Staff is always great. The whole vibe is just cool. Closed local business signs on the walls, and it has no windows at all. It does actually have a good selection of canned beer, too. Definitely stop in if you are in the area. They don't have food, or maybe you can get a slice of pizza some days, not sure.“

“Great first experience! We had a group of about 30 in their upstairs event space and were well taken care of by Michelle and Kim. Space was well prepared and visually elegant. The food was perfect. Sandwiches, meatballs, pasta... yum. Homemade chips were addicting. Brownies were incredibly dense yet creamy, chocolatey moist. Michelle and Kim were very attentive and worked with a genuine interest in the success of our event. On the way out, other suspiciously happy staff (either not from New England or they get paid in brownies) thanked us for coming and invited us back for a drink during sunset off the deck. “Had lunch here yesterday. I try to eat mostly plant based so the Veggie Tacos on the menu was a surprising find. They were excellent. My husband had a burger he thought was excellent also. No problems with either meals. Our server Grace couldn't have been more attentive. She was working the outside patio of 5 tables and what I observed was that she made sure everyone was taken care of. Will definitely eat here again.“

“A last minute venue change to the parrot for a bday party- Tracy and staff were nothing but accommodating, flexible, kind and well prepared for us, even with short notice.
