They never get the drinks right and they are rude.

First of all, the drive thru was poorly designed. It can only hold a couple cars before blocking the street. Additionally, when you say your order in the drive thru, the workers will then proceed to make a completely different thing. Also, if they are out of an item that you ordered, they will swap it out without notifying you or anything. Honestly just a bad location and you should go to a different one.

My favorite Dunkin' of all time! Great food, impeccable service, and a really nice ambiance inside. I order ahead and they always have my order hot and ready (or cold and ready when it's an iced coffee haha). Big shout out to the best Dunkin' around!

We stopped for hot chocolate, the help was all hanging at the other end of counter so we went there to order, the young lady informed us we were in the wrong area to order and made us move to the correct area. Other than the employees having no real interest in the customers it was

We use the Dunks location at 129 Parker Street in Maynard,and we love the service during the week. Unfortunately, the weekend crew seem to have an issue with getting our order right. Our coffees are almost never what we ordered on Saturdays and Sundays,yet the crew during the week are spot on. Also,if you order an item on the app and the store doesn't have said item, they charge you regardless of you not receiving "compensation" and do not offer an alternative. Today my son went to pick up our coffees that were ordered WITH cream and two of them had either sugar or flavored sweetener. They wrote it on the side of our cups in marker but failed to put any cream,etc...in any of them. My son tried to explain it to the young man at the window but he seemed baffled. Please retrain your weekend staff.
