We use the Dunks location at 129 Parker Street in Maynard,and we love the service during the week. Unfortunately, the weekend crew seem to have an issue with getting our order right. Our coffees are almost never what we ordered on Saturdays and Sundays,yet the crew during the week are spot on. Also,if you order an item on the app and the store doesn't have said item, they charge you regardless of you not receiving "compensation" and do not offer an alternative.
