There are just 2 people working this seaport Dunkin. And they're just busy handling mobile orders. I had to wait close to 10 minutes to get my order taken (there was just 1 person ahead of me the whole time) and another 10 mins to get my order. So if you want to wait 20-25 minutes for a coffee and bagel, go here. Otherwise there is a Starbucks right around the block.

Same experience as most other dunkin donuts. However- this location is not accessible to those who utilize wheelchairs or any other device for walking assistance. The entrance has a huge step at the doorway with no alternative entrance for those who may need it. Avoid this location if this pertains to you. And to this Dunkin location- do better. The staff isn't friendly and drinks take 5-10 minutes despite no one else being in there.
