I've been going to Liberty Bell, Melrose for many years. The food has always been excellent. The only problem I have is you changed the fries. They use to be amazing,and now they are just awful. It's my only reason for 4 stars on food. Other than that I Love LB Melrose.
WOW!!!! I’ve been here many times but not in awhile… I got the special of a fish sandwich w a cup of chowder…. SO FRESH!!! That was the freshest fish i’ve ever had going out!!! I saw a seafood plate that looked GORGEOUS!!! I cant eat one alone so i’m going back this weekend and grabbing a friend i must have one!!! Also the chowder was excellent!!!! Had a fantastic roast beef sandwich at Liberty Bell. The meat was cooked perfectly and seasoned well, served with all fresh ingrediants that made this sandwich exceptional. I had a plate which included fries and onion rings- definitely some of the best onion rings I've ever had! The coating stuck despite several dunks in ketchup. Mozzarella sticks were really great too. Nice folks behind the counter and a very clean spot to eat. We'd return for sure ??
