“An older Dunkin but clean and bright. Stopped mid afternoon and it was quiet unlike a morning visit later in the week when things were really hopping. This place does a heavy drive thru business so be careful if you are forced to wait along the road.Parking: 15“

“Lowe’s donuts is the first place I have ever been able to have fresh treats from. As someone who has many food allergies (dairy, egg, peanut, tree nut, sesame), finding a bakery who not only makes everything from scratch but everything without using the nine big allergens as well with every treat is so amazing. And not only are they allergy free they are DELICIOUS. Great place, great cause, great treats, supporting local business! Totally recommend for anyone with allergies or who has a liking for local treats!“

“Been going here for probably 50 years (wow do I feel old saying that). Their doughnuts are great with lots of filling. Can’t have them too often, gotta keep that blood sugar under control. Had a sausage egg and cheese which was very good. Not a coffee drinker, but I am told they have good coffee.Parking: Large strip mall parking lot, you should find a space without too much issue.“

“Good donut shop. We got a glazed which was delicious, a sea salt chocolate that was really good, a maple which was probably my favorite, and a glazed chocolate cake donut which is the reason for the 4 stars. The cake donut was dry. I don't know if their cake donuts are supposed to be as dry as this donut was but we didn't finish it. Their regular brioche donuts are fantastic but I can't recommend skipping the cake donuts enough.“

“An impulse stop on the way to the mountains and thankfully a great choice. The sausage was especially flavorful and I don't know what kind of English muffins they use, but they were great. Minus a star because one of the sandwiches' muffins were burnt, but I would definitely love to return here for some more road trip eats.“

“Changing Tides Café has not just a lovely atmosphere, but also friendly staff, great food, and amazing coffee! My partner and I went here for Valentine's Day, and it was just an overall pleasant experience! “The people are always amazing my only issue is that the voicemail box is full so I can't call ahead to ask if they have certain things available as I am very picky when it comes to coffee and won't order anything other that my usual coffee with my usual donut so that is the only reason that I gave an overall 4 star but everything else a five“

“Best Dunkin donuts in the state. Mercedes & all of the other employees are AMAZING. If they see you more than once they learn your name, make you feel special & ALWAYS make sure your coffee is made just how you like it. It's a busy store but worth the wait. If I moved out of town I would still travel to this dunks. That's how great it is.“

“After a night out on the town, in the streets of Fenway Boston— my friends and I cut through this town on our way home to Maine and we met the most comical sarcastic attitude, which we loved, in the drive thru— she greeted us and let us place three separate orders and assisted me with choosing a donut when they didn’t have the first two I wanted— and referred to the donut as “a jelly for the belly”— hilarious and when we pulled up to the window she was the coolest cat there— shoutout to this Dunkin, gave us a good travel story for when we get back to Maine,, NEXT!“

“This is the best Dunkin’ Donuts in Haverhill!!!! The staff is unbelievable! Do not go to Winter Street…………… The bad comments are probably for Winter St.. Charlene the manager lol….. I am going to mention some names. First is Wandi, Michaela, Jessica, Manal, Rey, Nerman and Amber. I am forgetting people but I will update with names of all the excellent staff. “Drive through was very slow yet I did not have to wait in line. While waiting at drive through window, I noticed 2 bins of bacon sitting out of the cooler. I also noticed it did not seem very systematic inside.The person taking my order and handing it to me were very pleasant, and my order was correct.“

“I love my DD ice coffee but I just ordered 2 sandwiches (mobile) with walk in pick up. Got home and the eggs and sausage are missing from one sandwich (so it was bread and cheese) and the other sandwich had an inch of pesto in it (when the sandwich isn't suppose to have it). I tried to call but no answer. Crazy as it wasn't busy at all.“
