I’d give zero stars if I could. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese along with some other food and when I checked the bag I realized there was no cream cheese. I went back less than 5 minutes later and ordered another bagel and explained to the lady I didn’t get a cream cheese for my other bagel and asked if it was possible if I can get a cream cheese for it. I just left that is a Dunkin Donuts customer service is really bad I was cursed off because I told him that my coffee was too dark and the guy said a bad word to me so I defended myself and I was not going to stay there to wait for my food because I know that we're going to spit on it this is the worst Dunkin' donuts ever this is how you treat your customers

Ordered ahead to speed things and up and there was only one person in line and at the drive thru. The person working was yelling with them when I pulled up. After about 5 minutes of yelling back and forth that customer finally left and I was handed a coffee and told to have a good day.
