Besides having great service, it's a chain restaurant, and no matter what the server does to make your experience more enjoyable, the food will be average at best because almost everything in the menu it's not freshly made.
This particular ihop was better than others we have been to recently. There wasn't anything really bad about it but it also wasn't great. But I guess that's what you can expect with basically a fast food breakfast place. The eggs were undercooked, bacon extremely over cooked. French toast was more egg than toast.
