I asked the waitress for a strawberry lemonade without ice. I was done drinking it before my food came. But when she refilled my cup, there was ice in it. I let her know & a while later, she finally gave me one with no ice in it. The food was okay. For instance, the hash browns were too plain; you only got 2 pieces bacon or sausage with a meal; I had to ask for a different syrup because all that the table had was original. They used to have strawberry & chocolate, but they only had blueberry. To me, that was better than the original syrup. For 3 people, the bill was over $63 before the tip. That was kind of a lot for the food.

Besides having great service, it's a chain restaurant, and no matter what the server does to make your experience more enjoyable, the food will be average at best because almost everything in the menu it's not freshly made.

We ordered from DoorDash. When we opened the eggs Benedict, there was a large black hair right across the top of the egg. We tossed the entire thing in the trash.

Highly recommend the steak tips and scrambled eggs. Major plus is that you can ask for the fruit to be in the pancakes' batter instead of just on top of your pancakes.

I took my family to eat at this place because before it was very good, but this time I was very disappointed, apart from the fact that we waited more than 20 minutes for the food, I paid more for the tips and other extra expenses that they even charged me for using their tables that of the food itself and forgot to put the pancakes on one of the plates we will never go back.

Went to ihop in. Milford smh server was awesome. Food was not so good. Hash brown was cold. Eggs. Tasted cold and fake. SMH no real food out here anymore.
I took my family of four here today and will never go back. It took over 20 minutes for a server to acknowledge us. When we finally received our order one of our kids got waffles instead of the pancakes that we ordered, the other child didn't get the fruit that comes with her meal and my partner didn't receive her side order. The waitress never once came over to check in with us. While we were waiting for her to decide to come over with our bill the manager came over asking how everything was, we explained and he asked if we wanted him to box up the side orders?? He told us he would remove it from the bill. The bill was $100 for a family of four, two of which are under 11 years old. There is no way a kids meal and milk cost $25 each. I will go to any other establishment in Milford before I even think about returning here.

This particular ihop was better than others we have been to recently. There wasn't anything really bad about it but it also wasn't great. But I guess that's what you can expect with basically a fast food breakfast place. The eggs were undercooked, bacon extremely over cooked. French toast was more egg than toast. But with that said, the service was quick and server was friendly and helpful. She was very kind in making my 90 yr old grandmother comfortable when she couldn't get the words for her order out properly. She was also very accommodating to my 1 yr old daughter who usually loves French toast but decided after it was there that it was disgusting. She came over and asked if she could get my daughter something else and also went and found larger crayons just for her. That was extremely appreciated. If we were to go back, it's because of that woman's service.

Absolutely Atrocious! I have never seen an IHOP so poorly run. The carpet needed to be replaced years ago as it smelled like overused athletic footwear.It takes them too long to notice you need help or to be seated. They seem to have not too many people manning the kitchen. They forget your condiments.I hope I survive the food.

Prices have almost tripled! Crepes used to be around 6.99 a plate...we paid 17.99 each which is what me and my son's entire tab used to come to! Absolutely shocked, if I hadn't promised him we would have left.
