They made my order wrong, and when I called to have them fix it, an employee hung up on me three separate times refusing to give me to a manager when I finally did get a hold of a manager they made my food, even though they argued with me and when I get home, I found out the food that they fixed was also wrong .Spicy Italian with half of the meat serving that is required for the sandwich. used to work at a subway for two years. I’m well aware how the sandwiches are made and very disappointed with this service. Go next door the food and service is far better

I am happy there is another subway in town, the other one near me does not take coupons! Ash is a super nice guy and make my delicious tuna sandwich just right! Place is nice and clean. Out of my way to go there, but so worth it!

I ordered a salad with rotisserie chicken from the online menu and when I went to get it I got a bowl of chicken. When I asked were is the salad, they said I did not ask for vegetable. Isn't that what a salad is? Vegetable??? They argued with me about this. The after the man made my salad, he tried to take it in the back room "just for a second" OMG! I got so upset, there is only one reason to take my salad into the back room! Just awful. On top of the salad was really bad, and the chicken was worse. Will never go there again.

My kids wanted Subway while I chose my favorite pizza sub place next door. Wow.. what a difference in quality. The comparison between the subs are stark. The lettuce was wilting and appeared very close to browning and the turkey was bland with that over processed chemical taste. Flavorless ingredients and tasteless bread. How can you screw up a ham and cheese sub? My kid ended up eating half of mine from the sub shop next door and we gave hers to the dog. Seriously. Terrible considering the pizza shop next door has much better subs with Fresher meats and fillings. Cheaper isn't always better.
