“My bf went in to grab my mobile order bc the drive through was backed up.I do understand this location is probably taking on the overflow from the Millbury location being closed for renovation.Unfortunately, my unwarmed bagel twist was so burnt it was almost inedible.My bf also was inside for approximately 10 mins trying to get the order that was placed and sitting there.No drinks just a bagel and donut. This isn’t acceptable. Do better.Again, I understand when other stores close this may bring more to other stores but Dunkin knew it would close and should’ve prepared.Also, I do not put this blame on any of the people physically working in the store that day BUT the corporate people/franchise owners running these locations & putting these people in these situations. It’s gross and it’s very much giving the impression “I don’t care about my employees or customers.”“

“The mochi donuts were delicious. A nice variety of flavors, and the donuts are not overly sweet so the toppings really stand out. The vietnamese coffee with ube foam was strong but a really good flavor. The winter melon iced tea was sweet and refreshing. Korean cheese corn dogs were amazing and would give 6/5 stars if I could. Excellent customer service.“
“Dippin donuts one of the few places in recent memory that is actually wildly successful for what it is what it is.The quality of the local corporate garbage really made it easy for a place like dippin donuts to put a little bit more love and care into there food and build fan base.It would be better if they just moved to a better location because really that location can accommodate the amount of traffic that in fact I would say that this place almost causes traffic incidents on a regular basis.Victims of their own success tragic really.“
“Not the biggest fan of all of their donuts, but their Oreo donut is ??. Most of their flavored coffees are also fire. Service is always amazing. Some of the best bagels and bagel sandwiches I've ever had. Their lunch stuff is also pretty good too.Parking: It's a smaller lot, but I've never had issues finding parkingWheelchair accessibility: Yes I believe there's a couple handicap spots and there is a ramp to get onto the curb to get inside“
“Me and my daughter stopped at the donut star today on the way to the orthodontist. The food was delicious, everything was crisp and delicious from the pancake to the homefries. Sausage links were great and so was the eggs. Everything had very good flavor and me and my daughter walked in hungry and left full and happy. I did take this photo but it was after I already started attacking it lol. Great service and very delicious food. Stop down if your in the areaKid-friendliness: My 12 year old daughter felt comfortable and loved the food“

“I wish I lived near this location because every time I go there on Wednesdays after I drop of my daughter in the mornings I have the best service by the ladies working. Food is always fresh to order and hot coffee exactly how I want it. Everyone is so friendly and patient too.“
“I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel, Coconut donut filled with a vanilla creme & cinnamon roll, through the drive thru service. The gentleman who took my order was very kind. The food came out in about 5 minutes and I was instantly hit with an amazing smell from the bagel. The bagel sandwich was very big and hot. It tasted delicious and I would easily go back to get another one. The coconut donut was big and very yummy as well, tiny bit dry. The cinnamon roll was very big, but had a chocolate frosting which I was not expecting. Was not a fan of the cinnamon roll. The exterior drive thru area is very outdated and has no menu. They also only accept cash!“

“Honeydew across-the-board is pretty consistent no matter what location you go to but I specifically come to this one because of the gentleman that works there he's so sweet and so kind and always has a smile on his face and remembers the people that come consistently. They are about to other honeydews that are much easier for me to get to you on my commute to and from work but I go out of my way every time just to go to Grafton Street because of him.“

“A quick fix for a sweet tooth. I hadn't tried mochi nuts before so I visited the store along Park Ave with a friend. The mochinuts were well baked and a little crunchy which gave them a wonderful texture. The flavor of the toppings was quite subtle so it wouldn't be the best choice if you have a sweet tooth like myself. The ambience was lovely though and the service was super fast! Extra points for the cute cushions!“

“The girls here are always super pleasant and they have tons of iced and hot coffee flavors including seasonal rotations as well. My go to is the cinnamon sticky bun iced coffee and a chocolate frosted cake donut. Their griddle top is small but they turn out freshly made breakfast sandwiches FAST. I work on the Worcester/Auburn line and I stop in at least 3 times per week. Pro tip - You order and pick up at the same drive through window which can be a little time consuming so I often go inside to order.“
“Hands down best Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. They have a full crew inside working hard , drive thru is fast unlike the other Dunkin donuts in the area. Always got to go with the chicken pepper wrap , chocolate frosted donut and a Carmel cappuccino.“

“I had heard great reviews from friends, so I stopped by to check out this tiny breakfast place inside the gas station on Lincoln and was blown away. Definitely the biggest iced coffee you can get in Worcester! The donuts are HUGE and extremely fresh.Absolutely phenomenal service from the friendly staff here. There were two employees working, one cranking out coffees faster than I could believe, and the other was helping two customers at a time. There were a few people in line ahead of me and I was in and out in five minutes and back on the road.The coffee was delicious, and I ordered with no syrups to give an honest review. And may be best of all, their coffees come in four sizes, small, medium, large, and extra large! Shown in the picture is the extra large iced coffee. I have lived in Worcester for years and I think this is the best coffee I've come across yet.This location does not have a drive-through, but walking inside is a small price to pay for coffee this good. Because this coffee shop is located inside a gas station, I’d imagine that it can get crowded at busy times. I will definitely be back for more coffee!“

Well made winter hats available for purchase, along with shirts. Person working the counter was pleasant. Informed me that they also create custom donut platters for work parties or events. Website is easy to follow. This is a grab n go coffee place, no seating.“
