“Me and my daughter stopped at the donut star today on the way to the orthodontist. The food was delicious, everything was crisp and delicious from the pancake to the homefries. Sausage links were great and so was the eggs. Everything had very good flavor and me and my daughter walked in hungry and left full and happy. I did take this photo but it was after I already started attacking it lol. Great service and very delicious food. “Great location, easy access to rt. 20, hop off & back on without losing too much drive time. Truckers- not much parking, that is, if you have a big rig. Donuts are huuuuge & delicious. Well made winter hats available for purchase, along with shirts. Person working the counter was pleasant. Informed me that they also create custom donut platters for work parties or events. Website is easy to follow. This is a grab n go coffee place, no seating.“
“On my way to work I grabbed Dunkin’s, just as I was leaving I had a menstrual emergency. Walking in I was incredibly embarrassed. But when I notified a staff member she quickly ran to aid me with supplies.I am incredibly thankful for the staff on duty today.Whenever I order though the drive up or inside the staff are always incredibly kind, and fast. “Honeydew across-the-board is pretty consistent no matter what location you go to but I specifically come to this one because of the gentleman that works there he's so sweet and so kind and always has a smile on his face and remembers the people that come consistently. They are about to other honeydews that are much easier for me to get to you on my commute to and from work but I go out of my way every time just to go to Grafton Street because of him.“

“I had heard great reviews from friends, so I stopped by to check out this tiny breakfast place inside the gas station on Lincoln and was blown away. Definitely the biggest iced coffee you can get in Worcester! The donuts are HUGE and extremely fresh.Absolutely phenomenal service from the friendly staff here. There were two employees working, one cranking out coffees faster than I could believe, and the other was helping two customers at a time. There were a few people in line ahead of me and I was in and out in five minutes and back on the road.The coffee was delicious, and I ordered with no syrups to give an honest review. And may be best of all, their coffees come in four sizes, small, medium, large, and extra large! Shown in the picture is the extra large iced coffee. I have lived in Worcester for years and I think this is the best coffee I've come across yet.This location does not have a drive-through, but walking inside is a small price to pay for coffee this good. I digress, This Dunkin' Donuts has one bad review from 5 years ago. I must say I have only used this establishment these past couple years and it is AMAZING. The staff is fast and attentive. The food and beverages have never been wrong. The staff may have never made a mistake in their lives. Every single thing about this dunks is perfect. I'm not sure if they have a bathroom, but I bet even that is perfect. I bet the toilet in there is made out of solid gold. I bet the faucet in the bathroom doesn't even have water, I bet it's just perfectly cut diamonds that comes out. Anyway give them a try! They 'aight.“
“Coming from the Land of Dunkin' and The Donut Connection here in South Jersey... I discovered the calorically enhanced Treats of Honey Dew Donut Shop in New England as I traveled through Rhode Island and Massachusetts. A greater selection of both Donuts, Hot & Cold Coffees & Teas; plus a wide range of Breakfast Meals... including a "Breakfast-in-a-Cup" with Eggs, Potatoes, Meat & Cheese served hot in a large Paper Cup that is easy to eat while you're on-the-go! The place was very clean & the Staff were polite & helpful, as I was a "Newbie"; they even let me have a few Sampkes!“
“Been coming here as a regular for a while. Always get a decaf coffee...choc raspberry in the "Super Soaker" or "Bed Wetter"size. They have a long list of coffee flavors which are not syrups. Caffeine keeps me up and there are not many places that have different flavors without all the sugar. The people who work here like Mike are friendly, kind and are welcoming! Stop in and you'll see.“
“I was waited on by a young lady that had a beautiful tattoo on her neck, she was very nice and smiling as she fixed my coffee the way I liked it. After I got my coffee she told me to be careful as it was very hot. I had cream and sugar put in my coffee and she offered me some packets of sugar in case I needed more. “There's one guy that works there that you can tell he just doesn't care about his job. I had an ice coffee with the sugar melted and I also had a refill cup. He charged me for a large ice coffee, it was almost a dollar more. And he was just very careless making my order. My coffee was AWFUL!!! The rest of the staff however is much better.“
“I went here because Dunkin donuts did not have donuts, lol. The donuts here are bigger and fresher! I'm never going back to DD. I like to drink coffee while my kids enjoy a donut. Service here was great, they had smiles and didn't seem stressed. So much better.“

I hadn't been at the drive thru in a while but she immediately remembered me, saying "No decaf today?" I normally get a decaf but today was buying for another family member who takes regular, not decaf. I was shocked that she remembered that detail! And she is always so pleasant!!! Keep people like her on board...she is great for business!!!“

We drove out to Hudson from Boston and we're looking for a drive through coffee vendor. *bucks was not open (it was still being built) and decided to go to Dunkin' in the same shopping area.The lady who took our order was so very nice and hilarious. She made us feel welcome, even though I'm sure she could tell we were not locals.That made our day.“
“Always friendly especially mornings can be difficult. Fresh coffee and Muffins are always good. Cabarda sandwiches the best when you are hungry especially some mornings are brutal and just can't get things going. .. Faster Good mornings are better!!!“

“Good Service. Good workers. Just be careful if you apply for employment with them. Sarah is the GM and she works from 5am to 12noon Monday thru Friday, 5am to 10am on Satruday's. And tries to not work on Sunday's and gets annoyed if she has to work on Sunday's. She is a great person though. Huge heart. I just felt and still feel salty about the way she handled certain situations. But all in all; it’s a good location to order from. They usually don’t make mistakes with your order. And if they do, they fix it. No questions asked.“

“I don't normally do reviews, but DeeDee's service was so exceptionally warm, friendly, and 'Perfect' that I just had to. I went through the drive thru and I had to wait a little longer, but she came to the window and let me know that the Bold coffee was just finishing brewing (anyone who complains about a little wait for fresh coffee is someone I will never understand, lol). I also ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, and the bacon was crisp, and there was plenty of it!! Wish I lived closer, I would drive thru all the time.I did not go in, and it is a Honey Dew inside a gas station, but DeeDee's service was so great, she earned the 5 stars for 'atmosphere'“

“I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel, Coconut donut filled with a vanilla creme & cinnamon roll, through the drive thru service. The gentleman who took my order was very kind. The food came out in about 5 minutes and I was instantly hit with an amazing smell from the bagel. The bagel sandwich was very big and hot. It tasted delicious and I would easily go back to get another one. The coconut donut was big and very yummy as well, tiny bit dry. The cinnamon roll was very big, but had a chocolate frosting which I was not expecting. Was not a fan of the cinnamon roll. The exterior drive thru area is very outdated and has no menu. They also only accept cash!“
