Wonderful bakery! Worth the trip! The chocolate box was amazing! If I had known it was so good I would have bought more! So friendly and helpful, since it’s hard to decide what yummy sweet to by!
Nantucket Bake Shop is a small old style bakery about 1.5 miles from downtown Nantucket and based on our one quick visit we’ll be back. We headed out toward the bakery on our self-guided culinary walking tour of the island and had a Whoopie Pie. It was very good and I can see us getting another plus more, maybe a Portuguese Bread, on another trip. We happened to walk by about a minute before they closed. Everyone working was so kind and welcoming and didn't make us feel rushed at all (even though we did rush so they could close!) The desserts were amazing - we got a mix of cupcakes, donuts, and other pastries. Highly recommend!
