“These folks make some unbelievable handmade sandwiches and you will love everything on the menu. The ingredients are fresh and the service is remarkably fast. There's usually a line but it moves quickly and you can order online to skip the line if you're in a rush. Most customers take-out, and there's a small dine-in counter. Finally, there's plenty of parking.“

The guys will make a sub or you can buy a tub of the chicken salad and take it home to make sandwiches. Buffalo chicken salad is also too notch. They have good chip selection. Very friendly service. “I just got back to my dorm after ordering from Prime Deli (once again) and I just had to leave a review. As an out of state student, this restaurant feels like home every-time I come visit. They are respectful and kind, while also being spectacular cooks on the grill and the purest of customer service at the register. When I was here solo over the summer an iced coffee with an everything bagel was my daily ritual. My roommate is obsessed with the curly fries and their burgers are genuinely so freaking good. I have put all my friends on to their pizza which goes very well with a alcoholic drink in the other hand. I love the support they show for Brandeis and their students as well as the Waltham neighborhood as a collective. This is a lovely establishment that feels and taste like home. “Went in for a sandwich and to look around. The sandwich was very freshly made. The bread was delicious and fresh. There were many people in the shop, got a bit busy and crowded, no place to stand. Good variety of products. Would definitely go back again and try a different sandwich. All of them looked delicious.“
“We visited Zaftigs for lunch meeting up with a friend that recommended it to us. We first started out with Matzoh Ball soup (O.M.G. it was amazing, better than mom's... sorry), and 2 meat filled Knishes, wow so good. Then ordered the challah french toast and fake maple syrup, a little disappointed that it wasn't the real thing but no worries, still delicious. The Reuben was phenomenal I can't tell you how delicious that tasted! Can't wait to go back!!“
